i have the same issue like you and i called my bank, they gave the number to call deadseakit.com but none of the number i could reach then i went back to the website where i ordered the stuff and this is what i find out:

I have the had the same issue, however i contacted them and they referred me to their terms and conditions. I have to admit, I did not go over them and their terms do clearly state the pricing. I asked the support rep to cancel the refill program and so they did. Overall happy with their products and I feel a little dumb for not reading their terms and conditions but i can't blame them.

I was suppose to be charge $1.97 for the trial kit and you charged me $9.95. The order page never gave me a prompt to enter the promo code of FRIEND.

Please cancel my order - I do not even want the trial kit.

I recieved the dead sea kit which i should have been charged $5.95, instead i was charged $89.95 for presumably the trial kit. I can not use the products. It makes my face break out. i got extra money removed from my account for the risk-free trial. i never even received the items. i would like to cancel the whole transaction and get my money back.

I was charged $5.95 and I never received the kit. Please tell me how to contact these people or who to forward my complaint. This is a scam and they are getting away with peoples money

The risk free offer - do not believe it , I did not receive my risk free trial until 2 weeks later after , then ( had not received it yet) billed me $89.95 out of my account ,it was to late to cancel. You never get the chance to do what they say , you can do. I don't know about anyone else but I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Not only on this but , anywhere I can let people know about what happened to me , I will. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND IT SUCKS

This a BIG FRAUD!! Everyone is stateing the same sisuation that I have had just happen to me,absoultly crazy when you feel you have your ducks all in a row...Then something like this happen...You cant even speak to anyone and their answering service is always full with messages....How can this be fixed? $89.95 was taken from me with no PERMISSION......I havent even recieved the 14 day free trial,so I dont even know if this product even exsists!!!Please HELP if you have a solution to this problem!!!!!!!
