no customer support service


QLINK WIRELESS has no customer support service which is suspicious, Actually they provide customer support service contact details but it is impossible to contact them because they simply ignore their customers and never respond on calls and mails. This is suspicious and after such experience I would never recommend this company!

after months; my phone has not been delivered.
i can not find any way to opt out from q link.
after 3 or 4 months i got a phone rep and could not hardly understand a word she said.

BEWARE of QLINK!!!


BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!!! I received my phone and it had a damaged case yet didn't really care as long as the government pays for it and that it works. Comes to find out that after the 2nd day of use, I be getting dropped calls or I can hardly hear the other person talking. They skip their words and I get disconnected! I waste minutes when I'm especially on hold. WTF! I contacted qlink by email and got a response back that in order to replace the phone theres a $15 fee??? I even asked about not receiving my free minutes for this month and they sent me on instructions on getting minutes by purchasing. Nothing about why I haven't gotten my FREE MINUTES!!! Just the same email with the same person sending it to me.
I went to speak to someone on LIVE Chat and that person just said the same thing as if its scripted! They must be foreigners not understanding what I'm asking help for. Now I don't any minutes. I now use safelink and have no problems with that company. The phone they sent me is new and I like the service. You get to redeem your free minutes on your phone and it alerts you. I think you can even purchase the minutes in your local walmart or wherever tracfones are sold.
Qlink SSSSUCKKSSS!!!! Hope their business shuts down. Fraud stealing from the government.

FYI You lose minutes especially when anyone call you.

Phone goes blank


I am on my 2nd phone as the phone charged and made one call to activate it! After about a week it went completely dead! On the first phone I called the 1-855-754-6543 number and went to the buy minutes number to talk to a live person! I asked for a return postage for the first phone, she talked to her supv. and she said to send me one as they don't send them out! On the second phone the same was said! I then said I wouldn't send it if I didn't have a return postage, and that I would not tell anyone or give them a good comment! I had also said that if I had to pay to send the phone back then just forget it as I would just toss it away! If you have the same problem then use the above number to complain!

no phone and no customer service


I've signed up for the service, provided all docs and No response(two weeks!). My login and password do not work also though I have tried numerous times. The date of birth, last four of SS# and zip section does not work either! When I try to load my defecation a msg appears saying "congratulations, you have been pre approved! Your phone will be shipped shortly". I have a feeling these people will be "gettin' dat Obama money" for me but i'll never see a phone. Customer service is non existent!! Wake up people, this is government with YOUR money. No wonder Obama are is such a mess . .

No phone


Applied for phone in Dec 2013. Received email from them in Jan 2014 that said they had received
my proof & attached to my application. Contacted them several weeks later & was told it was being processed. Still nothing & it's now Feb. 27, 2014. I tried to sign into my acct & it keeps telling me my info is wrong (it's the exact signin info they sent me in their email!). What a scam!!!!

No customer support


Received the phone. Worked for a few weeks. I called to change my phone number, and address. The service was horrible. They kept trying to charge me 5.00 to change my Number, but said they had no Exchanges I requested. They kept repeating my phone was working, but had canceled the service. After over 5 calls was told They could fix my phone, but the number could not be changed. They must have a card they read from. Will not listen to anything you say. Now will be out of a phone over 90 days since I must find another company to use, after I Move.
A joke of a company Do not use their service.

Qlink Wireless


As I am a 63 year old disabled person,at first thought this would be great.Not so.I filled out the application in Nov. 2013.It is now Mar. 2014.I did upload a picture of my food stamp card,but with some of the numbers block out for safety reasons.Now I am told (on website) that my order is pending,but they want a copy of my birth certificate and/or my picture id,which I will not do,again,for safety reasons.A friend of mine received a cell phone and showed no proof at all.Granted,they don't have to send me a cell phone,but I feel as if I'm being discriminated against.Can anyone help?

Horrendous Service, totally automated


This company pretends to have customer service but actually even their 'live chat' function is just a computer talking back to you. I have had 2 defective phones and no ability to contact a human being. They probably get money from the government and should be dropped as a provider for this program. DO NOT SIGN UP with QLINK -it STINKs.

Q wireless, defective phones


i have only had the service 2-3 weeks and have had 2 phones, one was giving the #67 error from day one, then i was able to chat and get a replacement phone, and i was supposed to get a return label for the other phone. never got it and the replacement phone was a dented htc evo shift with a cracked camera and a battery on it's last leg and a wrong charger for the phone. plus had it only 24 hours and already had a screen/phone problem. will be on my 3 phone in less than 1 month. i'm about to cancel mine and switch providers

THEY SENT ME A FILTHY USED PHONE !

THEY SEND YOU MESSAGES ON THE PHONE ,TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOU ARE USING IT,SO THEY CAN KEEP THE ACCOUNT OPEN !
I ASK THEM TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY..
THEY SAID THEY WOULD
AND...NOT !!!!
I HAVE THE FREE 250 MINUTES BECAUSE I AM DISABLED
AND SINCE THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT
I AM UNABLE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY..
-AND THEY KNOW THIS !!! STAY CLEAR OF THEM !! VERY BAD !!

Old and Used Phone


I just got my phone today and there were 5 messages on the voicemail indicating that two or MORE people had used this same phone before ME!!!! ONE WAS A MESSAGE FOR SOME CHRIS GUY, AND THE OTHER WAS FOR A KATRINA!! I thought these phones were supposed to be new?? So what...they send out old, no longer wanted phones from other people to new customers? Also, there is no area on the phone that you can check yoyr minutes..grrr!! How the heck am I suppose to ration my usage when I don't have a clue what my balance is?

QLink Will Not Accept Documentation and Send a Phone


I have tried since the end of March 2015 to get an account set up and a phone for an elderly member of our community. I Googled for free phone service and QLink came up as the first choice. I was unaware there are other companies authorized in Missouri offering this same government benefit.

QLink is a nightmare. You have to continually go through the automated system 15 minutes before it gives you the option to talk with a representative. When I do talk with "someone"
he or she is very rude and refuses to talk with me because I have not sent a Power of Attorney giving me permission to set up this account for a 81 year old man who in no way
comprehend this maze of a mess.

I have sent all the required documents but continue to get emails stating the documents are denied. I did finally talk with a representative after the 3rd denial and he stated all the
documentation was good and his supervisor was personally walking the 'verification' department for final processing. He also was to put my name on the records so I have permission to discuss this so called account. That conversation was on a Thursday and on the following Sunday I received another email denying the documentation.

I called the company today and again it was 15 minutes before I was given the option to talk with a represenatives. Again the representative refused to talk me because she stated there was no record of the previous call and the about listed actions. She continually kept talking as I was trying to talk with her....she was extremely rude!! and ignorant!! I advised her I am filing a formal complain with the Federal Communication Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I ask her to document the file as such and spelled my first and last name for her. She stated she would not document the file.

I am a very calm person because I deal with the public everyday in my profession. However, this QLink rep was beyond the limit and I told her to stop asking me that same
'stupid ass' question: "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" (That shows you how extremely frustrated I am). She disconnected the call.

I am filing a formal complaint with the Federal Communications Commission and the National Better Business Bureau. I am requesting QLInk be required to release this account so I can apply to another carrier on behalf of this elderly gentleman. QLink is getting paid by the Federal government for these accounts because QLink shows these as active accounts but the phones and service are not being delivered. I urge everyone else to file a formal complaint with the FCC. Go to FCC.gov and get the inforamtion how to file a complaint.

Qlink says my phone was stolen and they have cut off my service


I have Q link wireless for my phone service. I tried to call my emergency contact tonite to let her know that I was ok. I was recently discharged from the hospital. When I tried to make the call I got this recording saying that I ran out of minutes or that my phone was reported stolen. That's bullshit. 10 phone calls does at 3 minutes each does not take up 250 free minutes. I was also told that I would have 1000 free text messages which I have not received.

When I tried to make my call I got this recording saying that I can use 611 or make 911 calls, but one cannot unless you sit through a sales pitch of purchasing minutes. When I tried to get to my online account, it says that I do not have an account.

What is the problem here? There is no such thing as customer service.

Everybody here that has filed a complaint please file a FCC complaint. Hopefully, this company loses its business.

Not the best Ive had


QLink is pretty crappy but I havent had the problems these other people claim to have. Yeah its an old phone but its free. No customer service but its free. Whats that old saying "Dont look a gift horse in the mouth" COMPLAINING ABOUT SOMETHING FREE LOL THIS IS AN OBAMA NATION !!!
