Phone little piece of defective product

There is no one to y'all lmao to about these defective phones they took a government contract and ran with it. These phones are all junk 15 years old junk they don't work and there is no one to answer to they took the government dollars to give us house sit with no one to answer for it if there's any government officials reading this please help they screwed us as well as you I want my service speed so I can go to safe link at least there honest and you cab actauly talk to them I guess they only way I'd to not make any calls at all so that they shut it off no choice SHAME ON YOU QLINK FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE POOR WELL DONE JACK OFFS

Bad phone service

I have 100% dropped calls. I told them to cancel my service in February and returned my second phone. They sent me other phone. I only get one bar. They tell me I'm lock in for a year. NOT fair I want to be released. DO NOT GO WITH QLINK WIRELESS

Horrible in every way!

I was sent my free phone the post office said it was delivered I never received a phone I tried to contact them never was able to speak with a person I only was able to pay the $25 to get a phone which I did yet and as of yet is working but I should have never had to pay for a phone I didn't get and when I read all these reviews I am horrified to understand that this is indeed a scam they have $25 off of me and I'm just waiting for my phone to break and hope I never have to speak to a live person because I may never be able to I just hope and pray that my information is not sold somewhere else my regular phone which is linked to this account through qlink has been bugged completely and is a Sprint phone I don't know what all that means but I am not happy at all!

Need info about the phone!

I am soooo frustrated with QLink! I have no idea how to use my phone except to make calls. And I have it for over 2 yrs. I need to know how to accept calls not in my contacts, I need to know how to BLOCK Calls, how to BLOCK RESTRICTED, UNKNOWN, BLOCK calls. I was told a while ago I had data and I have no idea how to use it. My daughter is sending me pics thru multi media of my grand daughter, which I have no way to retrieve. They suggested I read my owner's manual when it is not listed in the manuals, but read all 90+ pages of the closed one to it and still nothing. Tried to hit 0 for Operator and I need to list my whole life, and I know the info is all correct, but they tell me it is not correct. I contacted them thru email - 6 times to no avail. I ask them to call ME and they have not. Losing my mind over all this and have no idea what to do next.

This is a bad bad bad Service

This is the worst service ever. No agents, I was on hold for almost 6 hrs. An then they telling me i cannot keep my old nuber for reasons, Ive had my number for yrs, What the hell do i need 2 phone number for, They said they give you a new number for reasons, Shit reasons, Im a cancer patient, I dont have time for there BULL crap. Im trying to report them, Ive got a few leads on trying to sue them also. My time for one. This is been going on no for 5 months, Hell ill go back to track phone better service then. This company is the worst out there BEWARE, They get you in a contract with gov an you cant get out for a yr. BEWARE. This company needs to be sued. 611 no help. Even had my phone stolen. Told tem i didnt want nomore, They wouldnt even let me opt put, Not till Feb. 1018. Said gov regulations. Im trying an getting ahold of BBB an also the FCC regulations. I will get this CO in BIG trouble im seeing a LAWYER , Even if its a free phone i want out

TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS GODFORSAKEN COMPANY

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS SHIT EATING, DOG HUMPING, WORTHLESS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDING, THIEVING, GOVERNMENT FUNDED RIP-OFF ARTISTRY WEB SITE, YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED.

I AM COMPLETELY DISABLED, AND WAS USING SAFELINK WIRELESS, WHICH WAS PERFECTLY FINE, THEN I SAW THE AD ON THIS COMPUTER WHICH HARKED THE "FREE" SMART PHONE. I BIT, AND SINCE JANUARY OF 2017, THANKS TO THIS PREPOSTEROUS COMPANY, I HAVE NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER---AND I AM IN A VERY HIGH CRIME DISTRICT IN THIS STATE.

I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS BUREAU, (TWICE), WHICH ASCERTAINED THAT THIS ENTITY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION, AND TOUCHED BASE WITH THE SENATOR, MAYOR, AND CHIEF JUSTICE OF MY JURISDICTION. THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, LEAGUE OF HANDICAPPED CITIZENS, AND MY PRIVATE ATTORNEY, MR. H.E.ANDERSON, ESQUIRE, ARE ALL BOUND AND DETERMINED TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS FRAUD-COMMITTING, PUBLIC FUNDED THEFT ORGANIZATION.

When you call 855-754-6543 wait till you are asked to press #3 (not sure and you want to here our main support menu). Next press #3 (check the status of your application). Next press 4 for customer service. Be sure to wait until the numbers are spoken before you chose.. It took a while to get this .Challenging

Anomalous calls

I had no problem getting my phone or setting it up, it has some signal problems but works ok, the problem I've had was anomalous and marketing calls, I'd get over 50 A month. After contacting customer service they suggest me to change my number, that was months ago and I still haven't gotten it changed and I am still bombarded with these calls, can't get through to anyone , they keep sending me emails to call that famous number but there is no menu option to get number change of option to talk to a live person, I've called numerous times to try and talk to someone but no use, I have shut the phone off. Turn it on once a week just to erase messages on my voice mail. Then turn it off again it's a good thing it isn't my only phone, i feel for those that depend on it.

Phone dead from day one

This company is the biggest scam out there. I got my phone 3 months ago and it never worked from day one. I put it away and forgot about it. It doesn't even turn on even after charging it. I decided to write to them and tell them to cancel me. They wrote back and told me to call their number to cancel, but all I get is recordings telling me to pay $25 dollars for a replacement. There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE!!.

I refuse to pay those scammers their $25 only to get a defective 2nd phone replacement. I think they send out defective phones so they can charge people that $25. I am sure they are getting plenty of money from the government on top of that. I have no way to cancel my account because the phone number they give you never lets you talk to a real person.

I will now contact the FCC.gov and the Better Business Bureau. I have had it with their underhandedness.

I hate my Q link phone

I saw an advertisement for this service on my daughters phone, so I said to myself, why not,.I hate this phone, it is slow to interface and it will just quit and go back to the home screen without me doin it. I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAAAY AWAY!!!!!!

QLink Fraud

QLink is committing fraud. They have continuously refused to give me my monthly minutes. At the beginning of the month QLink didn't give me any minutes again, this time August. You can only reach them through the AUTOMATED SYSTEM, NO LIVE PERSON. Since, I have cancer and am paraplegic, I need a phone. I text QLink about no minutes for August and they text me back saying "streaming phone out of minutes". So, I paid for minutes for 30 service days on yesterday (Aug 16). I used the phone today (Aug 17) to call my doctors office in reference to results. Later, today, I attempted to call my sitter only to hear "streaming phone out of minutes". What? What happened to my money? I called again only to be routed to the AUTOMATED SYSTEM to pay more money so minutes could be added to my account or wait until free minutes are added to my account on the 1st of the month (September).. THIS IS FRAUD! A couple of months ago QLink did the same thing and I paid $100 for 1 month and $70 the next. Is there an attorney out there who can review why QLink is doing bad business. Can we file a class action lawsuit? They should be reported to Better Business Bureau; Federal Trade Commission; Consumers Union; Direct Marketing Association, etc. This isn't fair. All serious replies please. Can someone HELP US!!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I was sent my tracking number so I went onto the UPS website to track it. According to the website the phone was taken to a subdivision of UPS called Mail Innovations. A couple days later, it said the phone had been delivered to my local post office. After 3 days I went to the post office to inquire as to why it hadn't been delivered to my house. According to them, they never received it and had only gotten the electronic notification that it was coming. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I attempted to call Qlink customer service. It it virtually non-existent! It only offers to options when you call, either listen to your tracking number or have it resent to your email. That's it! I tried pushing "O" for a live person, it just repeats the same options. I tried pressing every number on the keypad with the same results. I forgot to mention that I emailed them about the phone being lost in transit with a detailed explanation of the events. What I get back from them??? Another email saying it was sent along with the same damned tracking number. This is ridiculous. I know it's free, but it too much to expect good customer service? I was in C/S for years and I assure you, if I had provided that level of care, I'd have lost my job the first week!
Thank you for letting me vent ha ha If you're as naive as I was and signed up for this program, set your expectaion level at -10!

HORRIBLE DEAL.... DO NOT TRUST QLINK. I AM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN AND SIGNED UP FOR QLINK TO MAKE SURE I HAD A WAY TO CALL DR'S AND USE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
THE PHONE THEY SENT ME DOESNT WORK. WONT SIGN ON INTERNET, WONT HOLD CALLS, ALWAYS DROPS OR WONT DIAL ...
WHEN I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT OR FOR THIS ONE TO BE FIXED, I'M TOLD I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE.
THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP OR EVEN MAKE THEIR OFFER LEGIT.

Never use this company can't get ahold of them

I hate this company and their phones because Everytime I try to get ahold of someone they never want to answer and I have tried for 6 months and I still have not gotten thru I have been having problems with the service since I got the phone and they have never answered me.

I have a qlink phone. Got it really quick. Had it almost 2 years, without any real problems. I get my minutes every month and have gotten extra minutes several times. I pay $15 a month when I want unlimited minutes but, I don't have to. It's always optional. Don't give up.

I think you all must have called the wrong number.

I got my account within a few weeks, got a brand new pretty blue SMARTPHONE and it was loaded with all that I was told I'd be getting. I dropped my phone one time while it was charging and broke the charger. I filled out a Support request and I got an email reply back that same day stating how I have a free replacement charger/power cord on it's way to me that same day. I even thought it would be a while before I would get it, but it was at my house two days later. I get my free items every month plus I get a text letting me know that I have received my new item's and one month I was running out of minutes before my month for as up and they sent a text warning me of it and sent a link to where I could go and buy some for cheap . Another time I. Ran out and they gave me some free minutes. So I seem to think you all are failing the wrong number to get a hold of the great support team. I give them a 5 star rating.

Crappy phone

I got a Q link phone back in May and have had nothing but problems with it. Downloading apps on this phone is a major chore. One app in particular which was in the google store is unusable for the most part. Other apps take as long as a hour to download and you have to do it three to four times before it takes. If you can't use any apps on the phone what's the point of having a smartphone! I only have one app on the phone cause the others won't download. Called support, bought more data, Still doesn't work for shit. Also don't call between 12-1 . Must be out to lunch cause was on hold for 20 minutes and no answer.

You Don't Want This

I would advise anyone not to deal with this disreputable, arrogant and scam of a company. My problems, of which there are many, started on Oct.5 and continue to this day. I've made over 30 e-mails and 2 faxes, all which have been essentially, ignored.After many days of unproductive and frustrating dealings with QLink, I filed a complaint with the Ft..Lauderdale B.B.B. Qlink then sent me the info I requested...only they didn't! They sent me an e-mail, which I requested sooo many times, only they "forgot" to send the required information I needed. You see, by "forgetting" to send an attachment to the e-mail they sent, they can now show the Gov't that this phone is still in "operation" and thus, bill the Gov't for another month's service. Notice I stated this debacle started on Oct. 5...26 days ago...you now see why they have delayed. The phone I received was and is still, defective. Right from the moment I "activated" it, problems arose and continue to this day. The phone was pre-owned and the previous owner(s) info was not purged from the phone...thus I cannot set up MY voice mail because it prompts me (when I try to set up voicemail) for a passcode of which I haven't a clue. If I don't have the pass code, I cannot set up nor retrieve any voice mail. In my e-mail requests to QLink, every one contained the phrasing "Do Not Call/Do Not Leave Voice Mail for I cannot answer calls nor retrieve voice mail" This has been willfully ignored for by doing so, QLink has burnt up ALL of the "data" limit. This phone "received" calls from numbers I do not know and can only assume were directed to/for the previous owner(s). Why is this phone receiving calls(the day I activated it) from people I don't know, when the phone number provided SHOULD have been only known to me? Ah, I should state I didn't know the numbers calling this phone, and let them go to voice mail, for I couldn't "answer" them! The phone, when receiving a call, will "drop" the call as soon as I swipe the "answer call" icon. The phone did manage to answer 2 calls of which the quality was so poor, it rendered the entire conversation moot. The call had hissing noises, dropped-missing words and sentences, intermittent silence to the point I gave up and told whomever called to e-mail me. Now, beyond the problems of receiving phone calls and not being able to use voice mail, the operation of this phone is horrendous...at best! The browser(s) constantly crash (I tried 3 different ones with the same results), extremely limited data storage, very poor, out-dated processor, extremely small RAM (512Gb) render this phone unusable for most all of today's app's and/or games-videos.The O.S is outdated(3 y/o) and not capable of running most all of today's vital apps or functions. It has on different occasions, "lost" time/displayed incorrect time, it decides when to turn off the WiFi, and it often turns itself "on" when I've shut it off. It freezes up far too often...etc,etc,etc, really, there's just so much wrong with this phone I could go on, just about, forever.I can see why QLink doesn't want this phone returned. Would YOU want it? I would STRONGLY ADVISE anyone to avoid contact/dealing with QLink!!!

Fraud at its worst

this phone service is one of the worst Services I can think of it send me defective phones and then charge me to have it replaced trying to tell someone is defective and nobody Host on this service is horrendous as well just say we going to f*** you in then f*** you again the government by me on this game with him you're scamming people out of the damn money send you the package Pony than cost you $25 to get another somebody should investigate mr. Qlink everybody got great damn title and subject of b******* as phones

Q Link Wireless, the money you use in advert could have been used to effect change in the bad phone you send to people or you allow individuals to use their personal phones. Your phone is extremely bad. Excess adverts do not make a good phone. It pains me using your phone.

my imaginary data

Every month you guys tell me I have free data it's not a whole lot but it's telling me on my text messages but when I try to use it it says I have zero! It makes me furious plus I can never speak to a live person! Something isn't right and would like an explanation ASAP I am quite sure nobody at your company wouldn't appreciate that type of BULLSHIT so why should I? I am grateful for the phone but false advertising just isn't right . I truly expect a reply preferably in person but an explanation is only fair.... Atleast my lawyer thinks so! There is absolutely no way to speak to a live representive. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away it's not worth the headache!!! Beware
