I am having problem with my Honda Jazz plate no.BNC XXXX where the alarm trigger and making noise every morning between 12.00 am to 6.00 am almost every day for past one and the half month (1.5 months) and disturbing my neighbours. Lot of complaints from neighbours asking on why the new Honda car (less than 2 years) making lot of problem. The car was 4 times sent for checking including 1 day and 2 days overnight checked but the problem remains and until today still at Honda - Rawang Centre.
My car was parked at my gated house & under the roof.

I am indeed very upset and frustrated! Why should a brand new car having such a problem that no one could diagnose and have it solved? I really could not help to lose my confident and patient with the car and how to say sorry to all my neighbours as their mind set always said : XXXXX car = problem car = dont buy XXXXX car .......??.

Annoying Clicking Sound _Transmission Console_LOW QUALITY PRODUCT?

I have my 2015 H-RV, mileage about 10,000 mile (consider very low mileage). As summary, I had a VERY BAD experiences & frustration with my Honda H-RV. A series of problems as follows:

1) Pillar A noise - sent to B&P for 5 working day. Resealed the body noise (2015)
2) Transmission- 1 month waiting for the new replacement. Change the whole transmission system (2016)
2. Reverse camera sensor to sensitive - changed (2016)
4). Pillar C noise - sent to B&P for 3 working day. Resealed the body noise (2017)

5) The latest addition is the annoying clicking sound.......I recently noticed a fairly loud clicking noise coming from the transmission console when I hit the brakes and engine is running and car in park position. It seem odds to me because I never heard it before....
So, I went o Service Centre (SC). The Service Adviser (SA) told me that the sound is normal for HRV or even all Honda model. Most probably coming from the "Shift Interlock Solenoid". So, nothing has been done to rectify the sound. That didn't really make me feel too comfortable. Anyone else experience this?

Malacca Service Center (Semabok Malacca Malaysia)

I found my car got problem on the motor of side mirro. So that, during i'm sent my for service and direct reports this issue to Honda service centre but unfortunately they told me, today shortage of manpower and unable to check. They requested me to arrange new schedule and come back again. It really waste my time to come back again and the distance from my house to service centre was far.Beside that, I have to take leave on my job. It is very make me disappointed on the Honda service centre. Hope it can improve. My car plate register number MCS 6414

Honda Customer

Im really feel bad about Honda's terrible service in Puchong which located at (No.1 Jalan Bandar 5 (Pusat Bandar Puchong)
47100 Puchong Batu Dua Belas, Selangor) . As a walk in customer i really upset to get an appointment for service my car. If they can't provide such basic customer services, just don't provide car services at their company. Pls change the attitude and the services!. More than 2 hours I was waited ONLY for registration to get appointment to service my car. 7 counters were built at HONDA service centre Puchong but only 3 active counters. This is not the way That HONDA Company wishes to conduct services with valued customers.

Honda Accord 2.0 VtiL suddenly cannot start

I am an owner of a 2015 Honda Accord 2.0 VtiL. Until recently the car performed ok aside from the rather stiff suspension which is not very comfortable at times (used to the comfort of Estima as my other ride).

On one Sunday morning, the car refused to start as I am leaving home after having breakfast. The starter cranked normally so I presume the battery is ok. It just refuse to start like I ran out of fuel (tank is still close to half full).

Decided to tow it to nearest Honda service which is in Sri Rampai, KL. The next day after some wait to register (funny how they attended people who made appointment first when there I was having a breakdown car under warranty which should be given priority), they tried to do some simple trouble-shooting to no avail. Had to leave the car overnight for further checking. Came back the next day and the service advisor told me they managed to get the car to start normally. All they did was unplug and plug back the cable socket to fuel pump and problem solved. No problems to the fuel pump and car behaved normally. I am puzzled how this happened and the service advisor was also speechless. Never expected this to happen to a new Honda which is barely 3 years old and very low mileage.

Sharing this as I question the quality control in the equipment and assembly. Honda buyers expect peace of mind and hassle free drive at least in the first 5 years of ownership. My 11 year old estima never broke down and only need regular service. Honda management please improve quality and investigate this incident properly. May think twice from choosing Honda in future.

CS Guy (Narsi) nonsense replied

Hi All,

My Honda City car was break down during holiday season few month ago due to 2 HC fan was faulty, and all Honda Service Center was close.

Since is break down at middle of the road between Johor Mousin Austin and Setap Indah there, therefore I only can find nearest Car repair shop for investigation.

Since my Honda City is still under warranty (5 years), I informed the Car repair shop not to change any part but the Car repair shop owner refuse to do so and warning me, my car will burn if don't repair.

I have no choice to let Car repair shop repairing my Car, and spend about RM 700 for changing 2 fan motors for the OEM part.

The next day I online submitted claim request to Handa for about schedule FOC replacement to the original 2 Fan motors.

After 1 week, Honda HQ CS guy (Narsi) called me, and said my warranty is void directly since I let others than certify Honda Service Center to repair my Car.

The CS guy insist all JB Honda service center is still operate during Saturday after 4 p.m. Even I have the prove to show him about all Honda Service Center was close during Saturday late afternoon.

He said I have alternative way to overcome this by tow my car back to my house first and waiting for next day when Honda Service Center is operate than tow my Car to Honda service center for repairing. Therefore he said my claim is invalid.

Furthermore he said I deserve it since I trust external car repair shop to proceed repairing my car.

He so rude and claim he already submitted my request to senior management, the direction is clear my Honda City Car warranty are void.

How do I fight back, I did reported to national consumer complaint center ( http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/), but they said they can't help my case.

Anyone can advice to me? Who have the Honda CS team HOD contact or email, I need to raise how bad is their CS reaction to customer who do support Honda product for past 10 years.
