This company is a den of scam artists! I didn't ask/request/subscribe for their services. I had a problem in August 2018 and after quite some time on the phone got them to refund the $100 plus that had been charged to my credit card without my permission or consent. I just noticed several charges on the last credit card billing and when I researched it noticed that I had been being charged for the last several months, a total of $252.16. I called and spent more than an hour on the phone and was first offered a refund of $70, then $184. I insisted that I did not request or ask for these services and needed a full refund of $252.16. After some time, I was told that I would be refunded this amount. I hope that I get the refund! If you see charges from this company on your credit card beware you are being scammed and will have multiple additional charges!!
