Novo Elite is a fraud
I have been a member of Novo Elite since Oct this year and until now I haven't received the membership card and the contract in which they have promised that they will send after few days. tried to avail the 10% discount for the visa but they told me that their system is upgrading and cannot apply for a visa. I tried to avail the free dinner I booked in their site but I received an email that they cannot confirm the booking due to some technical issue in their system. Now i've been calling them million times for a week but it is either the number is no longer working or no one is answering, the 800 # is also not working both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I paid them the whole amount using my credit card and they promise me that they will payback the amount of the interest from the bank but until now they are not replying on my email. I don't know what to do until I found this site with a lot of complaints to this company. Will try to drop by to their office later and see what will happen but this is so frustrating.

Hard earned money
Greetings,
Came to know recently about this company, was very shocked. I am a platinum member of this Novo Elite Holidays Tours and Travels Company. If this company is closed down or not functioning I am sure UAE laws will not let us down, we can claim our entire money without any deductions. I salute this country, I love this country and I respect this country, hence I am sure UAE Government will definitely help us in this matter. I still have hope on this company, may be for some certain reasons they have stopped their operations but I just pray to my Almighty God that if this company is closed than I may ask for my refund as it is my hard earned money.

NOVO ELITE - VERY BAD
I PAID AED 15,000 last year and till now no service is provided as promised in the contract.
Complained to DED , DTCM they are also very slow and still fighting.
SURPRISED TO SEE HOW NOVO ELITE IS ALLOWED TO DO THIS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY IN DUBAI.
REQUEST DUBAI AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION.

Novo Elite - Refund
Did anyone yet get the refund ? We can simply rotate a letter here or through emails. Get the letter signed by all the victims and launch a collective complaint against this company. Make them suffer as they are doing to their members.
If interested, kindly start sharing your email addresses please. We can also reach out to Newspapers and get it published. Spread the words; more unsatisfied customers will lead to a stronger case. Their license may also get canceled in UAE.

Beware of NOVO ELITE
I was also trapped with their marketing skills and given AED 16000 for silver membership. It is very hard to reach their customer care or other people Involve in this company. This is my biggest mistake to join NOVO ELITE, they are not giving any service as per the agreement with them. Please do not get trapped with them.

Hi,
I am also a victim of NOVO ELITE for which i paid AED 16000 for silver membership; this was my biggest mistake in my life to take this up. they have tremendous marketing skills to get money from your pocket after that no service; almost everyone involved in this company are big liars and cheaters.
The entire Management are Muslim and they are earning HARAAM money by looting innocent peoples. they don't fear Almighty Allah that one day they will get big punishment including their family. In Sha Allah.
I agree with [email protected] ; Lets join together and lodge collective complaints to DED & DTCM.

Novo Elite Fraud
Novotel duped my hard earned money, Paid 18000 AED for a Silver Membership. No idea to whom I have to approach landline no response, The one with whom I had a contact left the company. Approached DED no use just they closed my complaint by saying someone will call from the company no such calls yet. Please let me know if any chances to get my money back.

Does Nove Elite still exist?
Dear all,
I had revisited this page after 3 months. I can see that many new complaints have been added. we had taken the Platinum membership in 2017 and have availed two holidays so far but was after a hell of efforts and follow ups. Recently, I had tried to contact them through their landline numbers. I found that none of their numbers are functional. Does anyone know if this company is closed or still operating?

We had meeting with novoelite representative in DED Dubai office.As I am not able to delete my comments in this tag and forum but From now onwards please consider that I am satisfied with their explanation in DED office .And I am hoping for good service by them may 2019 onwards . Terrible experience with NOVO Elite. Looks like fraud company because they have stopped responding to emails, their phone numbers are not working anymore! I dont know how to get my money back, had taken SILVER package for 13000 AED. I have dont complaints through websites of www.dubaipolice.gov.ae and www.saiuae.gov.ae.

Novo Elite Holidays --FRAUD TRAP
Novo Elite Holidays is actually a fraud please done wast your time and money i complain regards to them on DTCM and then the started putting on me the false allegation . Even they dont have any evidence for this.
check below logs .
Respected DTCM,
The client send email and called one executive “Fool” and when he was called he abused on the call. That time it was on loud speaker and we havetwo witnesses. We also have informed the DED for the same as this client have gone to DED as well and met their with our staff and was quiet rude there.
We have forwarded the file to legal department. Client paid us AED 3000 as part payment and signed a contract that he will pay the balance payment.We requested balance payment and the client stated abusing us over the phone. We inform the client that we there is a contract so pay remaining money .If the client wants to cancel the contract following is the terms.
Attached is the contract he signed and agreed. Noe if the client have to withdraw the contract there is admin charges will be deducted and we willcancel his contract the breakdown is below.
He signed for aed 18000
He paid AED 3000
Cancellation admin charges 30% of the package cost which is 5400
If client wants to close the contract and withdraw there is AED 1400 to be paid to Novo to cancel the contract.
We would like to give him an offer where he can get value for money and will give services.
If he pays AED3000 more we can offer him 6nights 7 days hotel stay anywhere in the world with breakfast, airport transfers and one city tour.
If he is not ready to pay anything we will deduct this 3000 form his account towards admin charges and will close his account as a special casewithout taking 1400 from him.
These are the two options we can offer to client .

Novo elite trap
Hi. Did any one get back your money?
I am a recent victim to their trap. They agreed to refund the money three months back and suddenly now they rejected saying I will not be refunded any single penny. The 10k I spent is all hard earned money. I am paying interest for the amount in my bank for four months that now.
Please let me know how to proceed pls.

I feel the same for the Novo elite . first they call my wife and informed she will a holiday package . when i talked them and said i cant go dubai as i am living in Dibba Fujairah . they call me hotel Novotel Fujairah. they said we are here associate company with hotel but now they leave this place. while giving packing they promise to return interest on credit card but there is no response from there side even now i had finished all my installment but there is no response from then more over now no once answer call their tollfree number not working office number not working . any one get their money back i paid 26500/- pls contact me for assist how i can get my money back .

I am also victim of novoelite having Gold membership I am calling their office and everyone in novoelite to cancel my membership and return my money back but no one is responding I don’t know how should I get my money back.
I don’t know how they are cheating people in Dubai.
Legal authorities should intervene and settle all payments of customers soon.

Thank you for saving us from the fraudsters Novoelite. They are still using the same tactics to trap people. We got a call informing us that we have won a dinner and a vacation of 3 days. To collect the same we went and were convinced and told about their company and benefits of their packages. After 2 hours we asked for 2 mins to think and I was almost convinced to buy the package but then From no where I just opened google and checked for the reviews. Thie review of Mr Narendera was top of the list. And then it was very hard to get rid of them as they were offering more and more. How we escaped is a short story but advise to everyone “If something looks too good to be true, don’t fall for it”.
