Scam Company

They also calling me but not calling my mobile number, they directly contact my office HR number that saying I took a bunch of $$ from them and not paying!!! I never asking a loan and they giving my full name and my old mobile number to my HR to proof I'm owing them $$. THIS SCAM COMPANY is cheating and almost make me lost my job with LIE that I owing them $$. Luckily my company know this is a scam because they know my personality! I will report this to police to stop receiving such harassment!!!

Please call AKPK !!

Sape yang dah kena dengan samseng kudrat partners ni beware ye..maybank pun bila tanya, mintak I direct with this samseng je..I tanya if AKPK?mybank ckp NO..with kudrat partners only...I call jugak AKPK..& semua bole selesai dengan cara lebih baik..bukan macam samseng kudrat partners..no manners!!

4) RHB Bank
5) Bank Islam
6) Standard Chartered

List of Telecommunication company that use Kudrat Partners service:

1) TM
2) Celcom

Please go to AKPK and discuss with them. If Kudrat still call and keep harrassing you, just answer to them that you guys already refer to AKPK. They cant do nothing if you guys already proceed with AKPK. Just show them an AKPK letter. If they refuse and still disturb you guys, please make a report at Bank Negara Malaysia. BNM will investigate the Bank that you owe. If the complaints were so severe, Kudrat license and agreement with the Bank may terminated automatically.

To be truth, Bank and telecommunication company pay them commission if they can collect bad debt on behalf of them. They also have given target by the Bank on monthly basis to collect and they must achieve. Thats why Kudrat staff tried to collect debt like ""Along"". My advise just go to AKPK. Goodluck guys -
