Legal case - Hayat vacation
Dear All,
I am planning to apply for a case in this company, my sister is working in a law firm but she said there will be charges to seek legal opinion on their lawyers. If you want to join me, we could all share the cost. I paid Hayat AED6,000/- though it is cheaper what you all paid, it is still a big amount for me.

Hayat Al Makateb Towers office is been closed by DED.
heard they have a new office in AL MASOOD TOWER beside TOYOTA showroom Room 301, 3rd Floor.
Please approach Dubai courts asap with all your documents seek legal help.
I have already reported this matter to Dubai Court and had informed about the tough times we members are going through .
Awaiting for the next call from court.

SCAM
Hi, we are getting lies up to now also...
) On 04/09/2020, I agreed with Hayat to pay 12,750 AED as installments to get 6 days trip to Europe for 2 people.
2) 50% paid through ENBD credit card for 12 months (still deducting 500 AED/month + Interest).
3) They collected money after DED sealed the office.
4) After we submitted all embassy documents on 10/02/2020, they started promising to proceed with the visa application and was rescheduled many times, but never happened.
5) After all lies that caused distractions, I started to ask for a cancellation and refund. Until recently, the keeps on telling that the refund will be transferred.
6) We went to their office and came to know that the DED closed it and we get to know that these lies happened after the closure.
Many complaints about this company and many scams that damaged consumer rights, Google Reviews is full of stories..

Hayat Vacation Scam
I was also cheated by Hayat Vacations, one day suddenly I received a call from hayat vacation company, they said I won some vouchers collet it the same day,I told them today is not possible, they said they arrange presentation & booked hall room, more people will come, then I attend their presentation with my wife... I joined on 25th of Jan 2019, I bought package of 22750 aed but I paid only 5000 aed i received welcome letter from them...after few weeks when i called then to ask about the loyalty card they didn't provided the information and said that the website is upgrading and they will call me back but since then i was chasing them on calls, emails, messages but no response..i tried to contact the sales guy Mr. Fanus who insisted us in buying the package but since then he started ignoring my messages and calls and told me that i'm not working with hayat anymore and i have to contact the office but that was sealed by the government.
if anyone of you have files a case against them then please let me know.

Do we stand a chance?
Same thing happened to me. Paid almost 22k AED for the membership but i never got the chance to use their service. I have been trying to reach out to them since November but until now no one has ever responded. Their phone lines do not work. Due to to current situation, specially that travel-related businesses are hardly hit by the pandemic, I can only hope that we are still going to get our money back.

We should all complain
Same thing happened to me. Paid a total of 11,600. I requested for refund and they promised on January, but they failed to give for a couple times. I have spoken to the owner last February and said to contact me again by March, but he did’nt. Please advise if you have any progress for this complain.

Hayat Fraud
Hello,
I'm also a victim. They took AED 21k and disappear. I also filed a case against them but I feel it will not end up with somewhere. Best option would be to file a case against the owner of this company. I don't have his contact details or anything but definitely sure this person is her in UAE. If we all go together and register a case against one individual, I'm confident we will end up something good and this person will not be able to even travel out of UAE.
Let me know what you guys think.
It's better to create a whatsapp group and get together.

Hayat Vacation Biggest Fraud in UAE
Hayat Vacations has been the biggest mistake in my life. They have cheated me for AED 17500/- . They fool you on the name of Hyatt hotel which is big group. But actually this Hayat is completely fraud. They force you to become member and takes the money and ultimately they don't provide any service. I have gone to their office several times to beg for my money but its of no use. They are THE BIGGEST SCAM. Don't fall in their trap. I want to fight for my money.
This is how they start everything. Biggest fraudster.

I opened a file to DED and I was advised to take this up to Dubai Courts already as Hayat is not cooperating. Has anyone tried filing a case to Dubai Courts already? Any idea how much will it cost to file a case?

Past 6 months my case in Courts .. from court they keep calling Hayat Vacations owner on the court hearing dates and each time there is no response or no reply from him.
The case keeps on postponing showing Zero hopes of getting the money back, its like you end up paying extra money putting a case and end-up losing all valuable time & precious money. Don't know what to do next ?

I would like to share my terrible experience at AL HAYAT FACILITIES CARDS, Address: Belreshed Tower 01 (1501) Buhairah Corniche, P.O. Box: 26586, Sharjah, UAE. On 02nd of January 2020, Al Hayat has representative at China Mall, Ajman whose giving vouchers for raffle draw and if we are chosen we will win a travel package. We filled up the voucher application and after two days, 04th of January 2020. My partner received a call that we won a travel package. Arpita called us and requested us to claim the prize in their office at Sharjah. When we reach their office, they asked to attend the seminar before we will receive the prize. We attended the seminar and we agreed to have an agreement with them and we gave our expectations in order for them to include in the contract. The GM asked us to pay the full amount of AED 22,500. We told them we will pay once we receive the agreement but they refused and asked to give at least deposit. We have paid them a total of AED 5,500 with their promised that we will be satisfied with the agreement. After we paid, we haven't receive the agreement and we called them several times they keep on telling the Kuriyan will coordinate with us and Arpita refused to communicate with us. We visited again their office since they don't respond to our calls. On 12th of January, we had a meeting with their GM and they refused to return our deposit and he promised to give the contract and give us more discount. We agreed with him, on 16th of January we didn't receive any update or contract from them. We visit again for the 3rd time their office. Their Manager Anas was the one who spoke with us and he promised that he will return or deposit and made us wrote a request letter to withdraw our payment. Till date they didn't return our deposit and they keep on making a lot of excuses when were asking them to schedule a meeting.
The management is not stable, my complaints was passed to one another, the GM refused to speak with us, Anas don't have integrity, he promised us to return our payment but he didn't do. Kuriyan was terminated, Shrivani never respond to our query, Arpita refused to spoke with us, as per her she's only agent. Lastly, Sam who don't have idea what is the full story and making everything complicated and very had to deal with.
Lesson learned, never trust easily and please don't pay easily and do a background check with the company before investing. This is a warning to everyone receiving a call from AL HAYAT, PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM THEY ARE FRAUD COMPANY.
