Paid but never got a license

On Jan 20 I paid $43.29 to upgrade from Avast Free to a paid subscription and never got a license or way to activate it. Does anyone have any contact information for this company?

I was going to complain to avast about the 49.99 they took from my bank account but after reading the numerous complaints from ex users of this companys software but i see this would be fruitless. I think it is time to find a good lawyer and file a class action suit against this company who thinks it can grab thousands of dollars from us. anybody out there can either call or write to let me know how they feel about this.There is strength in numbers.

I am writing this in an effort to be refunded for an order of 5/27/15. I was told by your representative that I would be refunded but see that it has not been done....the amount is @ 49.99 ref # 25140614L153LQY92. my email is: [email protected] I no longer have an account with you Avast but expect to be reimbursed as you promised. Where can I find your Customer Service Number? I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something I did not want. I was told I would be reimbursed!

According to the Credit Card bill I received last week, my account was billed for your software under orderfind.com MN, and to this date, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS SOFTWARE!! I have looked through all of my incoming files and downloaded files for the past month and this program was never received. According to my personal credit care, the amount of $48.98 was paid to DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE ORDERS orderfind.com MN on May 20, 2015, with the purchase number on the card being QBM5EX618. It is extremely unfair to me as well as unfair labor practices for your company can charge me for a purchase THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, so this message is to ask you to either send me another copy of this program, or refund the money I paid you with this credit card on May 20, 2015. Because I am a Senior citizen, living on my retirement,my money is very tight and I have to watch each penny, to ensure that I am getting what I paid for. Therefore, if you do not rectify this problem at your very earliest convenience, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and putting in a claim against your company.

I ordered coverage for 3 PC 1 year on June 14,2015. I have yet to receive anything. It has been charged on my credit card on

Avast/DigitalRiver "automatic renewal" scam

On the same day I uninstalled my paid Avast 1-year antivirus software, 5 days before it was to expire, Avast charged my credit card $39.99 for renewal. Avast's website indicated uninstalling their software would effect cancellation! NOT!

This was cancelled last year

My Mastercard has billed me for £24.99 DRI*AVAST software. I do not have this software.

I was billed the same time last year and presume this latest is an automatic renewal. I thought this matter had been dealt with last year. I did not want it then and I do not want it now. Please remove this charge now and for the future.

On the 11/2/15rd of nov I have noticed a charge on my credit card for the amount of $54.33, for avast.i dint order
I did not want avast security and I did not give you permission to charge this amount from my credit card. I do not use avast anymore and I want you to reimburse the $32.65 on10/23/15. and $54.43 on 11/2/15 immediately plus I will go to consumer affairs.and attorney general

on my Master Card ending by....0042, on Sept. 26th 2016, without my autorisation too. (MC investigate on. )

Still waiting for reimbursement

TWO YEARS AGO I DOWNLOADED AVAST FOR "FREE'. A renewal was not required. Now you are telling me that I have a renewal that came up from DRIAVAST. Who the hell are they? On 12/05/2016 DRIAVAST TOOK $43.19. After my bank searched you out, they said the company is not legal.

I just read all the complaints against you and I will carry through with my plans. HOW DID YOU GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER? I TALKED TO MY BANK AND THEY HAD YOU REIMBURSE ME on 01/06/2017 FOR $43.19. ON 1/16/2017 THERE WAS A provisional credit reversal of $43.19. You went and stole my money out again. I am going back to my bank and seeing my attorney to find out how you got a brand new credit card number (mine). This goes beyond trying to slap a renewal on me. Now it involves you stealing my credit card number. I will give you till Monday morning 1/16 to put $43.19 back in my bank account. You fraudently stole my Credit Card Number. Free Avast cancelled but Dri*Avast still billed my Credit Card

Bought Dri*Avast but made my computer to keep crashing. Computer engineer has taken Avast security away so Dri*Avast no longer viable. Rang Credit Co. who say I have to get in touch with Dri*Avast so please refund £17.99 as soon as possible. They are on the case.

Got charged for service I did NOT order

I got charged $79.99 for service on ref # 2514061631NSB23XZ. I would like service stopped immediately and money refunded. I do not want your service and did not order it. Please respond so I know my service has been stopped and when I can expect reimbursement.

want money returned

My bank account was charged for this software that I did not order. You took my money but never sent me the software , so want my money refunded to me by mail at 3930 Lake Rd, Yo.Ohio 44511. It was taken out of my account and made my account short that I had to pay for insufficient funds. This is ridiculous what you people do and are getting away with it. If my money isn't returned , you will be hearing from my attorney and I will report this to the police. I see you have done this to many people. Looking forward to hearing from you soon with good news! You took 64.34 out of my account on December 11, 2017..........RETURN My MONEY!!!
