Poor customer service

I've returned My Order as per Poor quality of the product....and not satisfied ....
It's been 15 days....but I haven't received my amount....It's not refunded yet....

Why return charges??

I have ordered an item which was not good in quality so i wanted to return. When i placed a request to return there were not any informatin about the return charges.but after returning the product i saw in my club factory a/c there were a deduction of retuned order..... with delivery chages deduction...👎👎👎

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and received after 20 days of placing the order. Guess what.. 1st pair of shoe was smaller in size and the 2nd pair was ONLY LEFT FOOT :@ ..I returned the order for which I had to pay another 35 AED. They refunded ONLY purchased items not the shipment charges, back to my app wallet. Now its been more than 2 weeks that I'm asking them to refund it to my card or paypal instead of wallet as I don't wish to purchase anything else but no response. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM APP.

worst experience with club factory

I recently ordered three pair of shoes costing almost Rs.4000, i immediately received my orders without any message or intimation from club factory, one of the orders i received is wrong item and i contacted customer care to update my account from the app so that i will make return request from my end, i contacted them almost everyday requesting to update it immediately, 10 days have gone, till now they are making false promise that they are working on it. they have had enough time to do if they really intend to. i know that they tried to stop or bar me from returning the wrong item. be careful dear fellows, its so frustrating to deal with them

It took 30 days to make an order, but still I did't receive my product

Very bad experience by buying a product here. I made this order on 9th June 2019 and till today (10th July 2019) I didn't receive my product. I called twice to customer support and they are saying the same thing as they say to other customers. They said that "Our whole lot of product is under clearance and it has not cleared yet at Delhi airport". How does the end customer know what is clearance? The customer has an only concern with estimated delivery for what they have informed, but till that time they never receive the product.

They are providing product on affordable rate but their delivery service is very very bad.


If others faced the same issue, please write your review here or on Glassdoor and any other review portal so the team of club factory knows about their very bad delivery service.

One of worst Service in India

I purchased an order for the past month ago, till I am not getting my purchase material, I had a call to concerns team, they said your order is returned we received and your refund amount will be credited within 15 working days. This is crossed more than 15 days moreover we faced this issue one and half months, there is no solution yet to come. till waiting for my refund amount, I think it's also waste of my time, I am not hope this service. You guys received material safely then why are you didn't have to do refund to the valuable customer.

Compliant Letter

Dear sir / Ma'am,

i had placed an order of two watches from Club Factory app on 16th July 20919. The item Number CWA002412625N and Order Number is SO118276276 and the item is not yet delivered to my pin address. I did'nt got much information regarding the deliver and so on.

I had ordered items from Club Factory app before, but i had never faced this issues that time. So, now iam dis-satisfied with is order.

i would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement on the order. i would request you to take immediate action.

Cyber Crimes by Club factory

Recently I have purchased a watch from Club factory, after receiving the item I realized that it's a fake product.

I'm going to make a complaint in police station under IT ACT and cheating.

I request you all guys no need to leave them like thos,. Go to nearest police station and file a complaint understand IT ACT, because their cheating comes under Cyber Crimes.

Two Defective Products:

1. Lenova K6 Power case

2. Sandisk 32 GB pen drive - Pack of 3

The first complaint was registered a month ago. You keep saying you have escalated. By now, the escalation has probably reached Mt. Everest.

And on top of the customer care centre has the cheek to keep asking for a rating. That is adding insult to injury.

Please don't be complacent. Show some empathy for customers..
