Bad service
What a horrible company, we placed our order on Dec 1st, waited weeks, and still have not received anything as of Dec 22nd... It took over 20 calls to get a live body on the phone after days of calling and getting voice mail.
We emailed the CEO "Cary James Heather" and NEVER received a response. We have had to dispute this transaction with our bank as a result of the lack of customer service. I begin to wonder if this is really a company or just a front!! Horrible customer service, we will NEVER order from them again...
Below is just one of the emails we sent them: (We never received a response to any of our emails requesting updates on our order)
I have yet to receive this shipment even after you stated you shipped it priority mail after waiting weeks for the order to get partially processed.
I will be placing a stop payment on this transaction as soon as I finish writing this email. If/when I do receive this order, I will be promptly returning the merchandise without opening the package. I request you issue me a refund within the next 24 hours. DO NOT ship the Chamomile as stated below.
I will also be placing reviews online informing others of my experience.

Cancellation Fee Scam
I am having the same problem. They have been claiming it on backorder for a month, then offered to ship me a substitution, then claimed it was already shipped. Since that was a month ago, this is a scam no doubt.

misleading service
Beware of this company and stay away! This is the worst company ever and I will never advance it to anyone! They are unprofessional and have no idea about customer support service! Their terms and conditions are misleading and dealing with this company is just a waste of money!!

Misleading and Very Bad Service
This is a site that I found from Amazon.com as a third party. Thinking that it is ok and I am TOTALLY WRONG!
I placed an order in US dollars (that is what it showed on the website when I purchased the product. However, they charged Canadian Dollars and it incurred a bank fee (for conversion). It is misleading because they never said that there is a currency change.
I left a few messages and emails to them to inquire about the shipment. There were no response at all for a few days. Finally one day, I got hold of someone on the phone and she said they were shipping it and I will get it in a week. One week passed, shipment not arrived. Call again, they said they would ship that day and of course not, so I ended up cancel the order and they charged me shipping cost.
I will never order from this site.
