I ordered a dell refurbished 630 laptop from ZoomUSA /Sears. They sent me the wrong computer. What they sent was a very large heavy laptop twice the size of the one I ordered. They have no contact phone number and when I tried to contact them through email was ignored until I said I was going to report them. They finally responded stating it was just human error and gave no instructions for return. I continued to ask them how I should proceed for return and credit and he sent me a return form without a shipping label. The return form stated that I better package the computer correctly or I would be liable after they made the “mistake.” I decided it’s not worth buying the ink for my printer, printing the label, driving down to the post office and paying for shipping to send a $119 computer back. I sent the company an email stating this, but I don’t think they read the emails. And if they do they just do what they wanna do. While I was asking about how I should return the computer I told them that I no longer wanted to do business with them and I just wanted to return and receive a credit and he typed on the return form that I was going to swap the computer. I never received a shipping label. If you order something from this company, expect to get what they want to give you and not what you ordered and you won’t be be able to ship it back without paying for it yourself.

I am a paid user of zoom meeting calls Using my mobile phone (registered in China) but have been facing a tremendously high level of technical difficulty to hold my meetings until I have to assign one of the attendees to be the host so that I can leave the zoom meeting without affecting the rest, but it should not be the case, should it? Because I am the one paying for the zoom line and hosting the meeting, and usually the difficulties that I have been facing are: 1) Whenever I host any zoom meeting, after a short while, I still can hear the attendees but I cannot be heard by the attendees, 2) because of this, I have to assign one of the attendees to be the host, and again the same thing happened, I can hear the attendees but not them hearing me! Please help solve my problem By letting me know what is the source of this technical problem by sending your response to [email protected] and if this problem cannot be resolved I may want to terminate the service thereafter probably another month in August.
