Waiting for 13 months
I ordered a wig from the atlanta salon and the wig i received was NOTHING like the one i originally ordered off the site. Not only was it expensive, the hair matted and tangled like crazy. The salon owner swore that it was the same wig, but the color and texture was COMPLETELY different. I traveled quite a distance for this service and was not satisfied with the product. The wigs are beautiful online, but totally different in person. I will never shop here again.

Hannah, so sorry I never get on these message boards but had to learn how to use them in order to write my much needed complaint. So it has been a while. I'd love to hear how your wig is going. I spent alot of money buying fillers while waiting for my units. I just received that very unit yesterday and last night after I washed my hair to try it on at 1 am i was again brokenhearted. I wrote on this message board you can find it. 16 month later and still no hair. I'm disgusted, because you know what, they were the best of the best.

BCar, I think it is time to go to the BBB. I called on them when dealing with my fiasco and that was the only thing that got their feet to move. Although I was NOT satisfied with the resolution, I got one to say the lest.. I learned with them, only the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Buyers need to be warned that despite their well maintained website, they are not providing the same service they once had. They used to be the Gold Standard. Now I wouldn't order a comb from them.
