Manager/Tyrant
Well Gerogia has done it again... My neightbor who has no vehicle and is disabled had company last week, the young lady complained of stomache pains and said it was hard to breath, having no car he called 911 and they came for her, shortly after this GEORGIA called him and told him HE BETTER NEVER CALL 911 AGAIN AS HE HAD NO RIGHT TO BOTHER THEM WITH A STOMACHE ACHE.. I believe this would be against the law as she has no right to govern our right to use the system we help pay for. If he'd done something wrong the police or ambulance people would be the ones to correct him. Anyway, he was told he would be evicted if he used the service again and the YOUNG LADY HE CALLED ABOUT, well, she had a punctured lung and ended up with 13 staples to her chest and the DR said she would have died had she not gotten there when she did... WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THAT BITCH TO REALIZE SHE ISN'T GOD, SHE DOESN'T OWN THIS DAMN PARK AND SHE'S BIGGER WHITE TRASH THAN ANYONE I PERSONALLY KNOW THAT LIVES HERE. I HOPE THAT YOUNG LADY SUES HER PANTS OFF FOR TRYING TO DENY HER THE RIGHT TO MEDICAL CARE AND THE RIGHT TO LIVE... GEORGIA, HILTER IS DEAD AND IF HE TRULEY IS YOUR HERO, GO TO GERMANY WHERE YOUR KIND OF RUDENESS AND GOD LIKE QUALITIES MIGHT BE ENJOYED "OR GET YOU KILLED" EITHER WAY IT WOULD BE OUR GAIN... GET IN YOUR SON'S BIG TRUCK "IM SURE HE'S SO PROUD OF YOU" AND RIDE OFF INTO THE SUNSET YOU BITTER OLD BITCH...

Manager/Tyrant
My brother and his family have recently been victimized by this manager and the corporation for which she works. After a surprise inspection two days after Christmas, following a period where his wife had been in the hospital for two weeks, they received a 30 day notice to vacate for having a messy house (admittedly it was very messy, but 3 small kids, a dad that works nights and a mom in the hospital, coupled with the craziness of Christmas. . . ). There was no actual damage, as the exit walk through proved. Hating their experience at Independence Station as much as many of you, they decided not to fight the order and went through the expense and hassle of moving, having to pull their 3 kids out of a school in which they were doing very well. To make matters worse, they were denied their deposit for breaking the terms of the lease--even though it was the manager that broke the lease--and then Independence Station "accidentally" drafted the next month's rent from their bank account even though they were no longer living there. It had only been 6 months since they had originally moved from another state and the whole situation has left them financially destitute. I don't know whether or not this woman is a tyrant. Given the opportunity to speak with her she always gave me the impression that she could be reasonable, but her interactions with my brother's family were always negative and it seems in this situation, possibly illegal. If she truly cares so little for the people (customers) she should be serving that she in fact wishes them harm--which seems the case here--we should pray for her soul.

Manager/Tyrant
My husband and I thought oh what a great place to get in to. There is a pool, playground, exc. However, I have to strongly agree the manager is rude and out of line. She has yelled at us as well and speaks to us like children, yet if we didnt live here and most of these people didnt either she would have no job. She does have favorites. I have had over 2 things a month mess up on average and they either dont get fixed or it takes longer than the legal time she has to fix it. I pay my rent on time, the place is clean inside and out, i do not work on cars, drink, yell, have friends over. We are quiet people and responsible as well. We will be moving (thank god!) I constantly have to sit at home or even set up video cameras when i leave, since they come in your house whenever they want even though you put a request in to be present. She constantly has new maintenance men, that she knows nothing about and chances are they wont work here next month. So no, i dont care to have strangers in my house scoping out the place. One of her on call guys told me how he had beat some man up all crazy and has been in and out of jail. wow, thats who i want coming over to fix something. I even let her know and have still seen his truck in the park on occasion going into other peoples homes. I have repoted this to the corporate office and I dont think they care. So the action that needs to be taken is by the people. If all the fed up people moved out the new ones would soon figure it out and eventually noone will live here and they can kiss their little park goodbye. Guess the corporate should have belived the tenants. She will have her day before GOD, and he can judge her and he knows exactly what she has done and how she has treated his children. Those who defend her, just havent had their day yet, but you will. I have several times when going up to pay rent, seen elderly people coming out crying because she is so rude to them. Shes not to far off from being elderly herself, and what comes around goes around.
