Recap, Xoom Energy LLC is not a provider, they are a broker. Part of an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) company. They offer a Flex Plan which has a comparable rate to your local provider (the introductory rate). After 3 months the rate goes up, first x2 for one month then x3. See Photos.
Contacting the BBB will not get YOU any results, but a record will be created. Same goes for your PUC.
