Product faileure, refuse refund.
I too have dealt with this company. I bought a "lifetime" membership to use "their" software. I used it once to unlock my wife's iPhone. When I tried to use it again after her phone OS was updated, I could not sign on: the website would no longer allow me access to the member area. An email to the company got a response, essentially telling me what I already knew, that I needed to log in to the member area. Further emails to them received no response.
This company exists only to exploit someone else's hard work to defraud. Avoid at all costs.

It's a terrible company, the only way I got my money back was because I paid through pay pal.
I have also reported them to the FBI for internet fraud. They should be shut down and put out of business!
