Toxic customer "service"
Warning. These folks will berate you if you dare question the business practices. The end of the "free" trial is a secret. Everything that goes wrong is the customer's fault.
I tried out their products, decided I didn't need them and deleted them. Instead of giving me a refund, this scammer generously gave me 6 free months. Wow. 6 months of products I don't use.
This business model is reprehensible. I
see from other reviews that there are other vendors who produce similar plugins, etc. with good customer service. Several of those reviews mentioned no updates, spotty bug fixes, and free versions that work just as well.
Don't deal with these people.
