total scam
This company is a scam and I will never recommend it to anyone! I used them for a while and everything was ok, but once when I made a short call for less than minute from the airport they overcharged me about $140 without any reason and notice! I tried to contact them several times and somehow to solve this problem, but it was simply useless...

Single call cost me $130.00
Just for a single phone call I have been charged $130.00! That’s insane! I tried calling the company to get some explanations, and no one is picking up! It seems I will have to go all the way down there to get some answers.

WIMACTEL, Inc
There were charges on my AT&T bill from WIMACTEL for $103.79. I called their customer Service and was told it was for 2 calls, one for 19 minutes and one for 10 minutes. Our son calls us collect from this phone, we accept the call, hang up and call him back. The calls shouldn't have been charged for more than one minute. When I told her these charges were in error, I got nowhere.

Inactive phone was charged
Had Tmobile yrs ago. Account was paid off and phones deactivated. One phone deactivated because of theft. 2 yrs later received a 68.00 bill for said phone. We call tmobile, they said not a bill from them, we're good. So called wimactel. They claimed valid charges on that deactivated phone from November 2015. I argued there was no chance that's legit we've been a verizon customer for 2 yrs. After conversing they waived charges. Waiting for a confirmation email stating waived charges. Also put fraud alert on my family and purchased lifelock as I trust no one.

scam
I phoned from Salt Lake City Airport to the Netherlands. The call lasted less than 15 seconds and they charged me 14 USD. I will make an official complaint to the management of the airport, asking them to remove these phones. Wimactel inc is clearly misleading it's customers.
