I ordered from this company and they have my order and it says it is being processed. Their website says they ship 100% of their items in 3 to 4 business days, yetI have been waiting for over 6 weeks. I have left 4 messages on their voice mail because they never answer the phone. They have never returned my phone call. When I try to leave an inquiry on their website I get a Anti spam error and the inquiry never goes through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

beware of The RetroKids - Touch, Play and Learn
The RetroKids - Touch, Play and Learn, a product by Widget Love, is not worth the $70 which you have to pay for it! It doesn't even worth twenty bucks. There's no touch screen (and it looks like one on the pictures) and some of the activities are not even from the English speakers. Beware!

Biggest rip off! I have purchased a voucher to get a present for Christmas, and I did not receive it! Have checked the tracking number, and it shows nothing! Fraud!

I purchased a retro tablet from them about two months ago. I also got their voucher and used it. I never received my order and they never replied on my mails. Tis company supposed to be a scam. Beware and be careful!

Chinese made JUNK!
I ordered a RetroKids - Touch, Play and Learn over 6.5 weeks ago and finally got it in. Not only did I wait almost 4 weeks for a tracking number I had tried contacting them several times (at least 20) to find out where my order was. Their site says it ships within 3-4 business days and it should arrive within 2-3 weeks. It also states that it can take up to 5 weeks. It actually takes over 6 to receive items from this company. I ordered this item expecting some higher end tablet equivalent touch screen learning toy for my daughter. I actually received a $5 flea market toy. It barely works, it arrived all scratched and beat all to crap. I haven't been this disappointed in an online order in a long time. This is the worst company to do business with, I believe it is just a scam to get people to pay a ton of money then leave them with no return options. It says you can only return it if its broken and even still you have to pay shipping to ship it back to China. That doesn't even sound fair! BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Widget Love are scammers
Beware of Widget Love! I've purchased a voucher for a 25 piece make up set from Widget Love! I confirmed my order and they said my package will be shipped in 2-3 days. They have also sent me a confirmation and tracking numbers in another e-mail. I haven't received anything and that e-mail was the last e-mail from widget love. The tracking number didn't work.

I received the parcel after waiting almost two months. When I opened it, it turned out that they replaced the real product with a fake one! Frauds! Stay away from them!

total scam
Total scam! Purchased an L-pad from their store and they promised me 10 days delivery. i was waiting more than 5 weeks but item never arrived. I tried to contact them but their customer service representative was absolutely useless and helpless. It seemed that their staff have no idea of what they are doing. Beware and better stay away from these scammers!

Living Social and (see below)
I truthfully believe that Living Social (I have been a member since its inception in Las Vegas) is caught in a devious web with
Widget Love. . I have dollars credit in my Living Social account and they paid for this Widget make up brushes from my acct. on
September 7, 2012. . . Honestly, since that day, I have been going through a horror session with both of these web sites. .They are establishing a "phony answering service" that never answers or returns your requests. . But the shock is they play call tag
telling you to hit one number and then you continually have to wait and after hitting the numbers you get a canned response,
"no one is here to help you" and you get abruptly turned off completely. . .I purchased the item on September 7, and to this day
even with a voucher from Living Social, I have received no acknowledgements, no apologies, no nothing. . On checking with all the scam reports I see countless complaints on the combination of Living Social and Widget Love. . Please help me if you can.
Widget Love has purposely given me my last date that this "deal" is accepted and that is December 2, 2012. .
I even called the Better Business Bureau, and ironically, they have left Las Vegas, so now a scam artist hasn't any checks and
balances to keep them in line. . . Living Social (pretending it is the innocent one) really has to be in collusion with Widget Love
to allow this company avoiding prosecution with its own type of murder. Please help me by not allowing these two corporations to continue with their avoidance criminal methods. . It just insn't healthy for anyone, including them. Sincerely Renee Evers

I feel that this complaint must be written and acknowledged so these two corporations don't continue to do this again and again.
They really have no checks and balances here in Las Vegas, NV. . I am so sorry about this, it seems to all be a merry-go-round.

Widget Love scammed me
These guys are liars. I bought a voucher for one of their products on KGB and ordered straight away. Widget Love have charged me for shipping. I noticed that the shipping must be free. I contacted Widget Love regarding this issue via e-mail and they said no, the shipping is not for free and it is stated on KG website. I checked the website (which I haven't closed by that time) and it said that the shipping should be free. I refreshed the website and it changed into $6 shipping instead of free shipping! This is just ridiculous!

Terrible website
The music player that I have bought form this website does not work. It took them 3 whole months to deliver it to me, and now I have to deal with replacement. But first of all – I never received a reply on how do I go about this. All my friends who have ever purchased anything from them have been left disappointed.

the accessories were defected
The iPhone accessories that I have purchased from this company did not work. I have paid $65.00 for all these items, and I had to wait for three weeks until they arrived! Now I am willing to get a replacement or a refund, but no one seems to answer the emails!

The USB cable does not work
I was not able to replace the usb cable that I have purchased from them. It has not been used too long, and eventually it stopped working. But the seller told me – no replacements or refunds. Great service…

Widget Love
I would not order ANYTHING from these guys-Widget Love! The remote control helicopter I purchased off a deal site finally came after 6 weeks, and it's defective. After repeatedly calling and speaking to a Steve and a Zach, they did not know how to even try and resolve, finally, I was told to check the batteries that I purchased for the remote control,which had nothing to do with with Helicopter itself. The Helicopter does not power up at all! Know problem with the remote. I've submitted two tickets online, with a response on the first ticket telling me to check the batteries, after my response-they are ghost! They do not answer the phone and after holding for about 15mins or more,m you are automatically transferred to voice mail.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS TIRED AZZ COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this place! Or be aware that they do not provide warranties for more than one month! I have been scammed like that after my hand dispenser stopped working after 1.5 months. You have been warned!

I PURCHACED 2 MAKEUP KITS WITH MAKEUP BRUSHES BACK IN JULY 2012. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS

sold me defective items
I purchased three widget batteries from this company and two of them were defective and didn't work. I've send them back and according to their policy I had to get a refund but I was ignored by this seller. Tried to contact their support service but the line was always busy and they simply didn't respond on my mails.

RIPOFF SCAM - LED Lights
I purchased a deal off of Sweet Jack for a strand of 100 outdoor LED lights. The "deal" said it was worth $90 and they were selling it for $29. BUYER BEWARE - what a complete and utter rip off!!! I later searched these lights on other websites and found they were selling for $4 - $15, so their "deal" of $29 was at least double!! Neither Sweet Jack nor Widget Love would make the customer happy by refunding the money. They are scam artists! They sucker people into buying their crap, then keep your money. Don' EVER buy from Widget Love! Oh man, I don't have a photo of the tiny little 3" X 3" X 4" box my $29 purchase came in!
