Misrepresentation

Hey just ran across this. Im in the middle of adopting from resuceafrenchbulldog.com Already sent a down payment for a 5 year old male Ziggy. Was a little worried about sending the rest without a contract so I started googling. To be clear, did you get your dog, or just decide not to send the rest of the money after reading about the violations etc? Is there a reason you wouldn't want to "adopt" an older breading dog?
