We hustle is a bitch man. Ordered my hoody 2 fucking weeks ago and STILL hasn't come. fucking bastards. they wont even reply if your message is about the product you ordered but they WOULD reply if the question wasn't about the product. WE HUSTLE your a bunch of bitches. Im From UK aswell so theres no excuse for the late delivery. fucking slow bastards.

Ordered from We Hustle late on Sunday 22nd, assume they wouldn't have received my order until the next morning. Got an email from Michelle on Tuesday 24th saying my order had been dispatched that day, and today, 25th - a whole day later, I received my items. Got nothing but love for this company, good quality clothing, great service, great communication. I can't speak for others' issues with them, and frankly I'm not interested, all I am saying is that for any prospective customers who have stumbled on this site, don't take what you read on here as a given. If you're unsure, drop them an email. As for the post above - Mr Spacely, I'd be interested to learn when/if you received your items. And you do realise that you ordered right before Christmas, so Royal Mail (who provide the delivery service) will have been swamped with deliveries. In fact, they go as far as to warn you of this on the Royal Mail website in the build up to Christmas. And the fact you posted this on New Years Day - did you not think that Royal Mail delivery services, as well as pretty much everything else, were closed down until the 3rd of January due to Bank Holidays?

Greg90 - How interesting, you have nothing but good things to say about Wehustle and yet for some reason you looked up complaints and joined this board just to slag off the previous negative review. Nothing suspicious about that at all !
This company is hopeless. First order didnt turn up. I telephoned and was told it had been posted the week before. It arrived two days later, having been posted the day I called. Second order, didn't turn up. I telephoned and was told that 'Royal Mail' were 'aware' of my order, I asked for a tracking number which they didn't have as they don't use tracking for items under £60. I explained that I was dis-satisfied with their continuing incompetence and I was told that they had found in the past that parcels were being stolen from the Royal Mail depot - funny because all my Amazon, Play.com, Ebay parcels arrive safely - the Manager then went on to say that some customers steal the parcels so they can get another free top!!! The other possibility is that this company do not know how to operate efficiently and are not keeping track of their order process. SO JUST ADMIT IT AND SAY SORRY instead of passing the buck not only to Royal Mail but to the very people who are keeing you in business, your customers. The only thing I can say in their favour is that they processed a refund without me having to go through the process of getting Paypal to do it.

Yeah they dont ship and also rip off many designs from reliable companies. Im a brand manager and distributor so I know alot of what comes out first. Theyve taken from taylorgang.com, Birdclubclothing.com, Ymcmb, Jim Jones "VAMPIRE LIFE".
Some people just have no creativity!

Package never received is been 4 months

ordered my package back in 2012 Nov. 7th, until today i have not recievd anything from Wehustle.co.uk! The package was supposed to be shipped to Russia. I understand that they do things differently in Russia and it takes longer time for things to be done. But is been 4 months now! I've been in contact with a WeHustle representative named Michelle from early on. In the beginning she answered my emails rapidly, i've done everything she asked me to do to check on the package with the post. She told me it will take about 14days, so after 16th day i started to get real worried, then my emails to her started to get replied slower to ignored. Tracking # was never provided to me, on Jan. 7 they told me they can do a refund, but since i purchased the items as a paypal guest, she said shes not allowed to do so that she is confused! then she said she will provide me with a screen shot of my label and postage proof on Jan. 8, (until today they never send them to me)! Then my emails started to get ignored from them! The next time she answered was on Jan. 22 trying to imply that I am lying to them that I never got my package. Then on the very last email they sent me on Jan. 23, she wrote that they are carrying investigation with the post (yes after 3 months they filed a report with the post!!!) and that theres nothing to be said until the outcome of the investigation. So is Feb. 15th today, no emails from them still, still dont have my package, got no refunds, and no proof of snapshot of postage. If this is not a scam then i dont know what this is! I just want a solution for this issue but i guess is too hard of a service for this so call "legit" company they say they are!! 42 emails they only replied 14 of them...

Order didn't process but credit card charged

I placed an order for a shirt today at about 1 a.m. and I put all of my information in including credit card information. Now I pressed to pay for it and it began to process but it stated on the website that it could not be processed. Now I tried it again twice on two different credit cards and each time it told me the same thing. At this point I decided it just wasn't gonna work so I got off the website. Now I'm thinking I'm done but then I get an alert from my bank stating that there is irregular activity. To my surprise both cards have been charged twice even though I got no confirmation and it should only be charged once and definitely not on both cards! Please get back to what the problem is

Customer Service Issues

First and foremost I have never written on a complaint board before, but as I have just gotten off the phone with someone at WE.HUSTLE.CO.UK I felt compelled to write. I ordered just under £100 of merchandise from WEHUSTLE.CO.UK. The priority shipping methods I chose put me over the top in fairness. I registered with them also giving my full name and email address. I awoke this morning to find another email asking for photo ID as proof of purchase.

When I called to inquire about this a very hostile gentlemen who called himself Richard cut me off in mid-conversation and explained my options as being a refund or the sending of the require documents. As this was all new to me I asked why? He explained that it was PayPals policy as they the company had been having many orders cancelled after the fact. I work in customer service and the gross lack of it at this company is shocking. Perhaps you do have a lot of merchandise being sold which makes you believe that the customer is somehow less important.

The policy that Paypal implemented should be clearly stated on your website (which it is not ) and that was the only message I wished to convey. Also if a customer seems agitated the first rule of business states, "The customer is always right!" If you had done more listening then talking you would have made a valuable customer today who would have continued to make large purchases routinely. Instead you have a well founded complaint to add to your growing list of them. In the end I asked to have my order cancelled as this seemed like the most beneficial option considering how many times it was offered to me even without request!

Never Received/ Rude Customer Service

Want to also say in my life never written and review or a complaint but for the company I have to vent!

Being speaking to customer services, a lady called Natasha who had informed me that due to the postcode not being included on the delivery address this is the reason behind me not receiving my items. I checked it was, and also included on my paypal address!
I have contacted the company constantly for 6 days now with this information not passed on to me, I was told daily that the order was being tracked and was going to receive it "early next week" - I order the items two weeks ago for a 5-7 day deliver. I was unable to track my order because apparently my email address was also "incomplete" however the company was able to send me to confirm the order??? I was spoken to sooooooooo rudely by customer services and was told it was my fault and I need to take responsibility for my actions by checking my delivery address was correct. I was cut off with everything I said, I wasn't haven't an argument with the woman I just wanted to have a better understanding of what was actually going on!! Lets just say the woman clearly wanted an argument with me! After being laughed at by this Natasha, I asked to speak to someone above her because I didn't appreciate her attitude, she told me she didn't appreciate mine and there was no one above her so she was "untouchable" - I work in retail I was completely gob smacked by this! I have been emailing the company constantly and this information about the delivery address was only mentioned when I finally got through to someone on the phone when this could have been communicated to me in the first email instead of false information of that delivery was going to be "early next week".
I was then told I wasn't allowed my tracking number for my order because it was internal information!! I asked for this to be emailed to be straight away so I could track my order, she told me to take it up with PayPal which I argued why she couldn't give it to me! I then said if it wasn't emailed I would continue to call until I had this information, where she told me that it's only one line to customer service so she would screen my call. I told her I would be taking it up with PayPal for Natasha to tell me they were just going to turn round and say they tried to deliver but couldn't - HOW?! When I've been said my delivery address was incomplete! I would never in my life recommend this company it is god awful.

Didn't even receive the products, but no doubt they would have been awful too.

We hustle says it all

I ordered a package nearly two months ago deciding to give them a fair chance seeing as critics can be cruel. Well no crueller than the customer service I got after my supposed package was sent siting Canada post as the problem. However the tracking number provided was fake I was told I would be charged with fraud if I did not send my package back (which is still lost ). Then I was told that Canada post was unreliable and would be removed from the mailing list and that Natasha would send me a photo of my post dated package? Well would I not need to receive my package and then send it back so would I not see the post date. Finally contacted Canada Post seeing as we live in a modern world funny thing is Natasha I guess you don't know about Canada is packages are scanned in and packages are scanned on delivery guess what no import scan. Contacted Visa services we hustle is now being investigated
