Open letters to Wafaqi Mohtasib Director & KESC – CEO why ignoring to registered my complain?

Respected Sir,

I beg to state that I am resident of House No.D-96/6-2, Sector 51-D, Korangi Town Ship, Karachi.

Sir, being a job less lady, I am quite helpless as well as hopeless regarding money. My financial condition is not sound. I am not serving in any organization regularly. It may not be out of place to mention here that in spite of having son the same compulsion is continued till now. His compulsions do not permit them that the support the undersigned in any way, in respect of monetary benefit.

At the time of installation, there is existed only 5 shops, and from the constructions to till now, only open two shop, however KESC has issued regularly heavy bill, this is completely illegal and erroneous.

Secondly total are is affixed on Hook System, however various times complaint to KESC KESC has not taken any action against my application for Kunda System.

Sir, bill may please rectify and corrected on actually basis, it is therefore amount may please be corrected and issued a new corrected bill for payment.

You are therefore, humbly requested that may please be considered benevolently. Keeping in view of my great paucity of financial status that the above-mentioned amount may please be assessed in easy installments enabling me to pay the same conveniently.

wrong/disputed arrear bill of kesc

Muhammad Amin bearing consumer number LA739799,account number 1413781060158 received arrear kesc bill of Rs.22869.34
in jan 2013 bill,total payable bill by 4.2.2013 is 25271/- although i am regular bill payer..BOC/IBC:R4/IBC,Gulshaneiqbal,civic centre,kesc wing block 14 gulshan e iqbal neither listen problem nor concerned office receive complaint application.
Muhammad amin posted ums letter to the BOC/IBC,Gulshan e iqbal on 30.1.2013 s well as to the CEO,KESC,Mr.Tabish Gauher on 1.2.2013 for deletion of the above unjustified arrear to pay the current bill intime.The above consumer with the help of this complaint request the concerned KESC authority not to harrass light purse resident as large number of consumer have been facing same type of complaint.Thanks

dear sir mai block 17 , f,b area ka rehaishi hun....meri street me bht se logon nay kunday pe A/C lagye huye hen ...or din raat A/C chaltay hen..jis ki waja se hmen load shedding ka saamna krna parta hy....hum regular bill pay karty hen phir hmaray sath ye maslay kyun hen akhir...plz ap check karwain ...mera house no R-635 block 17 ..f.b area hay....

I havebeen receiving wrong billing from month of April-2013 in which Tariff wrongly converted into A2 from A1-R and billed Rs. 55,242 by including wrong arrears of Rs, 47,673.67 which is very surprising and deep mentally shocked to me and my family. I requested Kesc billing Team for correction the tariff A2 (commercial) as this premises is purely residential (A1-R) where no single shop no any commercial activity is in evidence. Also I have paid Bill -Apr-13 Rs.15,000/- to avoid declare default . It is very painful to me that the complaint form available at kesc web site in which my Account number is blocked and I am unable to lodge complaint on line. I request to the concerned official kindly rectify my problem.

Wrong average billing from month of Mar-13

Reference: complaint No.1340017 dt.23-03-13 and No. 1340001 dt. 1-5-13
I am in receipt of electric bill month of May-13. Issue of wrong average billing problem is still not responded despite above complaints lodged and thereof assurance of providing best services and correcting the bill in next month . It is very surprising action about continuously issuing wrong average billing from month of Mar.13 by ignoring my complaints in the light of genuine facts and physical visits and verification of meter inspectors - kesc.
It is requested to kindly forward my case to concern IBC (center) for early response.

Sub: High KESC bill Complaint (Consumer # AL 421650 Meter no. 469301)

Sir,

I received very high KESC bill for the month of May 2013 which was the effect of wrong meter reading and billing in the month of April 2013, I thought it will be adjusted in the month of May 2013 but I am very sorry to say that it could not be adjusted and I paid full bill of Rs. 14,820 (1059 units).

In June 2013 we received very high bill of Rs. 24,167, which was again effect of wrong meter reading for the month of April 2013 and May 2013.

I always paid KESC bills on time at 1st priority besides of this your data feeding officer marked my April bill charge mode as “ASSD” which is very ashamed to me.

I therefore, request you please check our previous record from March 2013 to June 2013 as per previous reading and present reading, I believe you will be understood that either it was mistake by meter reader or your data feeding officer.

I enclosed copy of last 3 months paid bills with current bill for your ready reference.
I hope you will give me positive response at your earliest.

CHANGE OF METER

I have submitted an application to KESC that my meter ACC NO.0400007147177 may be changed because as it is stopped/closed automatically, for the past 03 months, as its reading is 00. Meter reader has also not informed to us that the meter is stopped. Therefore the meter must be changed immediately to escape from any consequences. As u may know that the meter change is the duty of KESC, but after-all we have informed KESC authority for its change, OK thanks.The meter is in the name of RASHID ZOLQARNAIN, and e-mail is <[email protected]> again thank you.

Installation of new meter

Since Dec: 2013, I had applied to install a new Meter at my residence, as the old meter has been stopped automatically. But the KESC authorities are saying that we have NO meter, in our stock as and when we receive it, we will install. But I am of the opinion that when they install a new meter, they will also recover previous month area but payment will beyond my jurisdiction and its payment will be a burden for me. Therefore the mete must be installed as soon as possible. OK thanks.

False billing

Dear Sir,
Despite repeated approaches the issue regarding issuing of average billing against CLOSED HOUSE the concerned consumer after passing various survey plus verification/checking through KESC(NOW KE) expertee’s enable to get refund the amounts against all average billing and the KE Official replied that the same might be updated on next month. After that correction bill was being sent and we were presuming that the position is now set right. Subsequently the consumer died leaving pending issue of refund of closed house The arrears even paying correction bill was Rs.6, 000- in the bill of every month delivered by KE. Now finally they sent a current warning/defaulting bill for the month of November 2015 with arrear of Rs.50, 286(false charging) through EGPL pvt.ltd. if he late consumer didn’t pay out this arrear amount (false charging) they will disconnect electricity. Complaint of which was made along with all necessary documents vide ticket number No. 800898186.

We hope you would rectify bill till we come out from agony created from last month. wE ARE SO MUCH WORRIED HOW WE WOULD PAY THE HUGE BILL EVEN WE CANT PAY IN INSTALLMENT THIS HUGE BILL I PRAY you people please rectify this bill and send someone for checking to our house till you people imagine we are not fraud people and your organixzation may find people whhich type of people we are. I have two children.We request from you to correct the bill. I will be grateful to you.
