did notcover the warranty case

My car had broken down so I went to a service and hoped that it would be covered by my warranty. When they handed me the check it said that I owe $350.00, however, the warranty did not cover those damages, and I had to pay the price myself.
The warranty company denied my claim and did not explain why didn’t they pay the bill.
