Culture Routine of vinayak infotech
1) Get a Fresher (big bond 2 years) - Most diploma because they are working hard..
2) Faking hike (1, 500+) 6 months.. other company hike 1 year (3000 to 10000)
3) After 2 years --- give more work even sat, sun because they give money upto 10, 000
4) Experience gain -> respect lose
5) Best dont stay more 2 years even u join vinsinfo
6) Otherwise they will firing you.
7) Even more 3 years --- what will be happen ******* *******
why vinsinfo has more diploma peoples ?? him any one say answer this ?

i do once my bond is over.. waiting for it..
if i do now, **** peoples may lay off me as like him with bad remarks on my paper..
As like girls, big peoples in this office smile at you till they need something from you.
