Cancelled, yet billed!

I subscribed to this discount service for veterans about a year ago. I checked to see if there was an auto renewal feature. There was. It was set to auto renew, which I deselected. The first of this month, it auto renewed anyway. This after my subscription did not show a premium membership. In other words. I did not receive the service I had paid for. I certainly would not renew this scam service. My attempt to contact them via their text support has been met with absolutely no response. I can imagine that I am not the only veteran with similar issues. I will be attempting to contacting other affected veterans to organize a legal response.
