Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
These type of development always operate in unethical ways, i know you have to pay a fee to transfer your timeshare membership, but those fees are ridiculous. I would highly recommend you to stay away from Sandos Playacar/Royal Elite, as this is one of the most fraudulent timeshare companies in Mexico.
