scam, their offers dont work
This service is nothing like a groupon its a scam!! I purchased a coupon from them for a discounted carpet cleaning, got a phone number, called it just to hear that this number don't accept incoming calls. There's no contact number on the Urban Dealight's website as well. They replied to my e-mail though stating that they can't help me because it's been more than 6 days now. It's a scam, don't get fooled by their offers!

This company is a scam
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had googled it before I bought a coupon because they have the worst "customer service" I have ever encountered. I purchased a $119 skin treatment and when I called the merchant they informed me I had to pay an extra $49.99 to get the skin treatment. They would not let me use the coupon without paying the extra amount (there was NOTHING in the small print about the extra charge). I spoke to Jim the office manager at Urban dealight and I pointed out that this is deceptive and misleading pricing and they are refusing to refund my money. I have since gone to the FTC and BBB and they are now being investigated but I am still out $119.00 that they will not refund me.

justa nother scam, beware!
I purchased a website from them and I paid the deposit. They never completed their order and disappeared with my money. I tried to contact them many times but they never responded on my claims. This company is a pure scam and must be avoided!
