Unhygeinic food delivery standards

Recently I ordered a double meal from McDonald’s Dubai through UBER Eats app. When the order arrived I was shocked to find out that the Uber delivery guy drank the juice and refilled it by mixing water. Since I had ordered two meals, the difference in taste and looks between the juices were apparently visible. Accordingly, I raised a complaint on hygienic grounds claiming that the problem was due to the driver misusing customers food. However, UBER response was appalling. They were in denial mode and failed to take up responsibility.They consistently replied with a standard message in which they denied any wrong doing from their end and put the responsibility on the restaurant. Although I made it very clear that, the issue happened during delivery, but their reply was standard and repeatedly copied and pasted.


Even though I did not ask for a refund or resending the order again, I only wanted them to accept responsibility and review the existing process as the issue was on hygienic grounds. But to no avail. Seems like a substandard organization with cheap mentality.Strictly avoid it please
