incomplete dvd set

I purchased a dvd set a year ago from TVRuby and according to their website it should have been a complete set (dark shadows), but I did not get the first 209 episodes and some of the discs would not play. I wrote to them to see if they could either send me another set or exchange it for another series. I get an answer on occasion but I have yet to see a resolution. This has been going on for a year now, I am ready to concede. My money is gone, an expensive lesson is learned.
