partially recorded DVDs
The DVDs I got from them weren't fully recorded! Some weren't recorded at all. They have promised me a replacement a month ago and I still haven't received anything! Beware of these fraudsters!

Billed credit card
Tvruby ordered set of DVD before I had researched complaints on Internet due to poor quality dvd's. I canceled order and received email of canceled order but credit card was still billed. Tvruby very hard to communicate with, so now I am out $129.00. Buyer beware this company is a SCAM!!!!!

BILLED CREDIT CARD
TVRUBY I ordered set of DVD. Received a email stating that the order was complete on 8/3/12 have not received the product. Unable to speak to anyone and I have emailed them. Have not heard back from them. Filled a Fraud claim with my bank.

Poor Quality DVD
Ordered set of DVD's, some were NOT recorded. Sent email to them and have NEVER RECIEVED A REPLY. I've Lost $140.00 and have put in a claim with my bank.

disappointing services
Purchased their channel package with fool episodes etc and never received what I paid for! This is just a lie they just try to get more customers this way because it is quite difficult to cancel their services! Don't be disappointed as I was and stay away from them!

Stole my money and lied to me!
On 12/06/1912 I placed an order (#9775) for $49.00 with TVRuby for a 63 episode colection of "The Angry Beavers" for my daughter for Christmas. Sveral weeks well after that I still had not received my Item. I emailed them repeatedly and was told about their delivery process which they were already past due. Another week later (Jan. 31st.) I was told it was in the USPS system and they paid $18.70 customs fees even though they advertise "free shipping"...since then their site is no longer accessable and gone is my $49.00.
LYING THIEVES THEY ARE I really expect to never see my money and wonder why people like this are a waste of breath.
The saddest part is that thieves are selling their souls for the pain they eventually will receive....
