incomplete product/ bad service

I ordered a set of discs covering an older TV series. 40 discs arrived, but I did not know that two would open not open in the required 5 days. I offered to defray the cost and pay the postage for the two replacement discs and write a postive comment about their service which is bad. Finally I got a response and a promise to request, test and send the 2 replacement discs. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and still no response. The entire time is over 4-5 months. Today I filed with a complaint with the FTC, IC3.gov (internet crimes) and my state atty general. I am posting this info for all to use and will repeat this info on other sites with complaints about this company. I hope others will make use of the info.
