PLEASE SEE PROOF OF MY FINAL PAYMENT, AS I AM AFTER 25 YEARS CLOSING MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT DUE TO THE MANNER IN WHICH I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER. IF YOU CHECK MY ACCOUNT I AM ALMOST ALWAYS IN CREDIT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN IN ARREARS. I PAID R400 1 FEBRUARY and THEREFORE THOUGHT THAT SINCE I HAD A CREDIT AND HAD PAID MORE THAN I NEEDED TO THAT I COULD LEAVE A MONTH. YOU NEVER COMPLAIN WHEN YOU HAVE MY MONEY GAINING INTEREST IN YOUR ACCOUNTS. BUT FOR R100 YOU SEND ME CONTINUOUS SMS AND EMAILS. BELEIVE ME I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TRUWORTHS AGAIN, AND MANY OTHERS FEEL THE SAME WAY.

Prescribed debti
Due to unemployent my account has fell into a prescribed debt.... When i request for a balance with Truworths it is R0.00 but they sold it to a 3rd party being MBD inc who are harrasing me for a prescribed debt. Which is illegal in South Africa..... I need a letter from Truworths to forward to the bereaus to clear my credit problem by law i dont owe them anything.

Highly disappointed
In March 2018 I got in credit limit increase of R3500 when I purchased I ask the lady if i can change from 6 to 12 months plan so after purchasing I found out that I'm not allow to spend anything the next month so I paid total of R2800 and still can't purchase anything why??? MBD Harrasment on behalf of Truworths
I am not happy about MBD, I have paid my account on the 5th, of this month, also paid far more than what was arranged the past month that is April, but I received threatening SMS's and calls every now and then, this is quite disturbing. the point is I am paying and why do you keep harassing me with your calls, please be professional. we are also human. Please find another way of making money instead of harassing people and increasing the amount they owe.
Hope this matter will come to your attention.
