$50 wasted
Avoid them at all costs! They took my $50 as a deposit and then their service was never available! They gave me a massive run around on the phone! What a scam!

SCAM
Total scam! Tried them about 10 years and had to request a refund and 10 years later it’s the same. They never have what you request available. They don’r even try to help you over phone. This last time they sent my voucher back stating for me to choose other destinations and dates, which I did and mailed right back out and of course they claim it must be lost in mail because they didn’t receive and to check with my local post office. I am 52 years old and work delivering mail as part of my profession. We clearly made sure it was the correct address. I’m sure they tossed it. But lesson learned for sure this time. They really have NO INTENTION of booking you a free trip so don’t even bother.
