No costume received since August

I will never use the services of Tri North Lightning ever again! It is a fraudulent company! I have made an order for a costume, and they answered me that they have everything in stock, and that they will ship it right away. I made a full payment before that. I have been waiting since August! They do not answer my calls or my emails!

Company won't respond, item not recv'd

On April 23rd I ordered 2 flags for an anniversary party. The same day I was advised via an email that my order was being processed. According to their website (North Lighting), processing/shipping time is 3-5 days. On that same day, April 23rd, I was advised my order #11384 was being processed. I was further advised once the order shipped I would receive another email. As of today, 5/1/14 I have received no further correspondence from this company. In addition I have tried numerous times to contact them and always end up in voice mail regardless of what option (i.e. "1" for sales, etc) I choose. I have left messages with no return phone calls. The status still shows "Processing" after over a week now. At this point I would just like a refund as the anniversary party is this weekend and those flags will do me no good at this point. I will never purchase anything else from this company again. This is ridiculous!!

Thieves

This company is nothing but thrives and liars. Order in stock and paid for 3/20, was told delay and would ship April. Then told would receive by 5/15 due to COVID backlog. 300+messages, emails not answered. Phone messages keep changing, instructed to email. Still no responses. Reported to BBB. REFUND DEMANDED. DO NOT IRDER FROM THESE THIEVES.

Multiple websites multipl nscams

Ordered item, didn't come, called, emailed, finally reached someone. Told me they had shipped it and would send tracking number. The item that arrived was not what I ordered, but was similar. Wrong part number, and did not have the features I needed. Called, emailed, no response.

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM.
