Hi, was anyone approached by Allianz Capital Holdings. With regards to the Glitterati case? They informed that they could assist and even arrange an appointment for us to meet a lawyer. Any feedback on this ?

Yup me too! But allianz' told me dat they wnt to buyback my membership... Hahaha! But i told the guy if u can getback the 70% i give to for free then he say ok! Fools scammer!!!

I'm another victim of glitterati... I was approached by Allianz Capital Holdings too... I think another scam... Can anyone help us? Is there a way we can get back our money?... Its a hard earned money.

Timeshare Scam
Another scam companies left. Beware of these companies:
1) JCG Credit Hse at Middle Rd
2) Realty Access, Concord Developments, AFTAG, Boston Ventures, Global Securities located OCBC Ctr level 25 and these Ang Mohs in the company are changing another company name if not mistaken something like Thomson & Pan Asia Grp.
3) Concepts Club Services at POMO Selegie Rd.
4) Landmark and Portfolio at International Plaza but changing location soon to evade the authorities.
5) Goodwill Ettikon Pte Ltd at Far East Shopping Ctr.
CAD will raid these companies soon. Well said!!!!!

Hi, i just got a call from a guy call Mohan numerous time n already make an app to go down to selegie tmr. The company name is call Alliance Capital Holdings. They told me that no money is involved but need my signature n will take a 10% commission on the amt that that they can help me claim. From the above comments i can conclude that it is another con activities. Lucky that i read this forum or else time wastage again. Really dunno how to stop this similar scam from spreading. Sad

People,what made you say that ALLIANZ CAPITAL HoLdings cannot be located??
Allianz Capital is not a scam they are a legitimate company who will help you appraise and tell you the procedure of reselling your accomodation or timeshare membership.They are a legitimate business and not a fly by night company.I am their client
and I am satisfied with the way they handle my concern.

Vacation Club Membership issue
Can ALLIANZ CAPITAL Holdings be located ?
There are two addresses: the Registered one with UEN No. is at Chin Swee Road, and the one handling the Time Share is at Shenton House (not registered).
I went to Shenton House, and they said they wanted to buy over from me my Vacation Resort. After their "Checking" they printed some data with what I submitted and some figures inserted in it. They figure shown that they could offered me $86,000 to buy back my resort. At the end, they told me that there is a property gain tax of $12,000 to be paid before I can collect $86,000 in 6 to 12 months, or earlier.
I noted some addresses in some of their examples of successful transactions when they show these to me.
At night, I went to visit two such addresses. The first one has already moved more than a year ago from the address I noted., another address I went to and met a man who spoke in Dialect. He did not know what I was talking about when I asked him about Timeshare Membership.
I messaged the Manager and asked him to arrange for this $12,000 to be paid from somewhere as I do not want to pay this. Instead, if he can find someone to pay for me, I can reward him with up to $18,000 when I collected my $86,000. Or if the Company is ready keen, they can arrange to pay this amount from the Company and charge me double at $24,000 too.
In the contract agreement, as long I pay a small amount, maybe$10 at the time of signing, the contract is consider valid. So why should they insist $12,000 from by Credit Card ?
The proverb which I remember is "one bird in hand worth more than 100 birds in the bush". My $12,000 worth more than $86,000 which they promised.

I found that it has used 3 addresses or more. Normally after a short wide when they have received enough money, they will move to a new place and started all over again. When they give us the presentation, they keep telling us that the process take about 6-12 months. In 12 months time, can you still find them in the same address ? Their Registered address with the Registrar is always in Chin Swee Road, without telephone or fax nos.
After I met Mohan a week ago, I was not persuaded by him to sell my resort. My Principle - never give any money to sell my resort. It should be the other way round, if you want to buy something from me, pay me.
The telemarketer call me again. Frankly, these telemarketers do not know what Mohan was doing, and they tried convince me to come down again.

Yup, they just called me. Their tel 31523643. When I said I dont want to sell, he immediately offered they can rent from me. I asked him how much and I want upfront payment. He immediately passed the phone to his senior consultant, Marian. She asked me which timeshare did I have. Basically, I gave her a hard time about privacy and Singapore's data protection law. In the end, she willingly ended the call when I said goodbye.

Report to Case n CAD for those who had made payments to them.

Yes the company is a total scam. Do not part ur money easily to these fraudsters. CAD will catch up soon with them. Those hu had paid them, pls cancel within d cooling off period n report to CASE n CAD immediately.
Scammers beware!!!!
