Beware of this scam, it looks like it's run by a child.
Beware of this website design company, they are really bad. The template they provided me with was really crap. They are really slow when it comes to dealing with customers, replying to e-mails. Beware of this scam, it looks like it's run by a child.

Do NOT use these guys it is taking them 3 months make my site still not finished. I have to tell them how to design they don't know anything. AVOID

This company is a complete joke. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. They take money upfront, admittedly low fees but then you never hear from them, they send pages and you comment on the work, then they fail to do anything else, there is no point phoning because they never pick up. Apparently they have taken masses of money from people - they took mine and never reply. I just got so fed up I went elsewhere. They will not give refunds - in the small print and the domain address I paid for within the fee they kept, will not let me have it. They are a complete Micky Mouse outfit. BEWARE

Dear All. i am presently a customer to TOTAL CREATION.CO.UK. I just want to comfirm what has been said of this company....flee from this comapny...have nothing to do with this company. they are fruad..wil not build your website. will take money up front. never take telephone. very rude on chat. I wish i saw these reviews before i got involved with this company. They are soooooooooooo bad and terrible. have nothing what soever to do with this company!

Took over their time to reply to me with first draft. The first draft was sent with company name wrong. If you think your safe paying by paypal your wrong! And total creation knew 'paypal wont refund you'. Their customer service is ridiculous its like talking to a robot they keep replying with legal words. They did offer to continue my website but i decided to not put anymore trust after reading these reviews. I didnt get any refund which i am seeking further advice. PLEASE only go with a company who takes a small deposit and once your happy you pay the rest.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
They take your money, send over lots of initial forms to fill in about your design etc which you think is impressive and then they dont listen to a word!!! You do all the work yourself and they just publish it!!
OH, AND IF ITS PUBLISHED WRONG THEY WANT MOOOOORRRRE MONEY!!! £5 per publish! !SCAM SCAM SCAM!
It will take MONTHS yes MONTHS for your design to be worked on, its so frustrating. Take a tip, Stay away from these City Con artists and stay with a local designer you can trust, chat with regularly and build up a good working relationship with.
They are a Joke and need bringing down!

It literally takes months. Because of the time lapse, I couldn't work on some of the pages for my site for a couple of weeks and they REMOVED my test site. when I queried about this they didn't reply until I threatened them and then they returned it with no work done on it. They do not put names on their emails and who ever is responding to me is rude and sarcastic.They do not respond and you cannot call them, not to mention that the work is terrible. Really very shoddy. I am now taking them to the ombudsmen because they refuse to refund. If any one would like to join forces with me, I would think that we are stronger together as there seems to be many of us.

I have to agree im afraid with the rest of the comments........................ I paid up front, filled in the forms and sent back. I had to email them to see what was going on (been waiting 2 weeks) with the website and they said they were still working on it...... Over a week later i sent an email asking when the first draft was going to be...... this was ignored........i asked agin through email (they dont have a phone number) and this was also ignored. to my suprise they sent me my draft on a weekend. I took one look at it and thought why have i had to wait 18 days for this....... It was literally my logo and company name on a template page.......... it must have took them a minute to do!!!!!!! The also left off Ltd and basically looked awful. I then have to do all the writing and photo's and it take them upto 48 hours to process it....... then you move on to the next page............ i have asked for 8 pages........... its going to take weeks to do. I asked for my money back to which i have been told they dont do refunds.......... Im a firm believer in customer service and theirs is awfull. ....... Do yourself a favour a spend a little more and get it done alot quicker and more professional or use a website builder and do it yourself. Please think long and hard about using them. I am a new business and desperate to start promoting my company, that is difficult to do when you dont have a website....... I could not even do my stationery because i did not know what the domain was goin gto be. I have LOST 3 weeks and now i have to use someone else to get it done quick so i can start promoting my business................ REMEMBER they DONT DO REFUNDS .......WTF!!!!!!!
