I also have had a bad experience and will call the help florida line tomorrow. They took over 2879.00 in my money and said they had a buyer and then sent me a sales contract agreement with the buyer etc... that I had to sign and send back. I did and he said I would get my money in 2 weeks. Still no money. He said my credit card would be credited also from the buyer paying those original charges. Still no money. I have called Melinda the Office manager and no one returns my calls. I spoke to Ayanna today and she assured me that the manager would talk to the president after what I faxed them and get back to me. Audra Howard is who my rep was and we also had to cancel our credit card due to fraudulent charges on my credit card for over 200.00 worth of stuff from Home Depot and my credit card company caught ours and are researching this as we speak. They did the same thing to my moms (2 credit cards) not coincidental I don't think.Does the attorney general fraud hot line not need to be called as well as the FLA HELP line? This company is not to be trusted.

I fell for the exact same scam myself. But unfortunately it happened to me multiple times. Every time a company would contact me and say they had a buyer, or a convention, and my property was 100% guaranteed to sell, I fell for it time and time again, I spent over $5, 000 trying to sell my timeshare, the whole time I was still paying my maintenance fess on the property as well. Luckily for me I found a company that was able to help me and get my money back. The best thing about them is that they do not charge an upfront fee or any out of pocket expense. They worked for me until I got my money back. Then I paid them. Which is how any business should be run anyway. If you are interested in using there services there toll free number is 1 888-816-9306. Another thing that Jerome Powell told me is that I needed to give Timeshare Taveler 1000.00 to pay taxes on the sale of my timeshare to the State of Florida. That told me that the sale had gone threw but I never did receive a sales contract or any bills from the State for the tax. He told me that he is thier top sales person but it's been about 6 months now and no sales contract. He said that He had an offer for 19, 500.00 for my Legacy Golf Resort Timeshare plus around 10, 000 banked points. I told him that I would accept that. I know that I have much more in it but I really need the money. I am 80 years old and live on Soc Sec. It doesn't go very far and I can't afford to lose 4000.00.

My Mother in Law, like many of you, did not research before using this company. Do a search on "mugshots.com" for any of the players involved- cocaine trafficing, violence, impaired acccidents, among other offences. You would have to really try hard to find as scummy a group of people as these.

Timeshare fraud, Timeshare Traveler
Jerome Powell of Timeshare Traveler took 4000.00 from my credit card account after telling me theat he had two parties that wanted my timeshare at the Legacy Golf Resort in Phoenix AZ. This is how he got away with it.
When it became time for the office staff to verify the release of my funds he said, they are going to ask you several questions that say that you know that your money is for advertising, no matter what I have told you, you must answer yes. Otherwise I cannot complete the sale of your timeshare and the sale process will stop. Also when listed as advertising, all these funds will be returned to you on completion of the sale.
I had accepted the offers that he had presented to me and was promised the money from the sale before Dec 25the 2011. He had told me that 1000.00 that I must agree to was for tax on the sale to the State of Florida but then he took 2000.00 from my account. Each time I was required to say that I knew the money was for advertising . That way when it is all over and there is, NO SALE, they don't have to return my money. CITI MasterCard will not make them refund the money because I paid for advertising.
I hever asked them to advertise my timeshare, there was no need. Jerome Powell had two buyers when he first contacted me and I had accepted their offers. There was no need to advertise. It was all lies and fraud. Linda J Bedore

It's a shame that this type of situations happens. Before signing your contract, assure you to read and understand all and each one of the points written in the contract. DO NOT sign your contract if you don’t find any of the verbal promises offered by the salesman. ASSURE you find all of them in written in your contract.
