Have lived in Windsor Arms apts for 12 years and it has been great, until it was bought by Timbercreek. Since then, there have been numerous issues, vandalism, heat and hot water problems and tradeworkers working on the weekends disrupting your only time to relax and unwind. There is no one to call when issues arise except a number in Toronto that the person you talk to has no idea what the hell they are doing. Anyone reading this, AVOID ANY TIMBERCREEK BUILDING. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. They also have buildings under the name of Realstar......... another one to avoid.
