haven't receive my order and i really need it for this weekend 2/08/14
hi i order two dresses on 2/06/14 and i need them for this weekend for a wedding........ And i HAVEN'T receive anything i really need to know whats happening with my order. Other wise i need my money back ASAP This is my Order # 582272

DON'T BUY FROM TIDEBUY. I had purchased a $180 dress (August 2013) and received the wrong dress. They admitted to doing so, and I asked for a refund upon returning the dress, and they informed me to keep the dress and they would give me $15 coupon. I took the necessary procedures to return the dress, which had cost me an additional $35 for shipping, and contacted PAYPAL. Tidebuy had denied to Paypal ever receiving the return, and as of today (June 2014) I have never received my refund. If you decide to purchase from tidebuy.com, be prepared to keep the item no matter the issue, because there's a very likely chance you will never see your money again.

Please do not buy anything from this company
I ordered a mens down jacket size 2XL in Dec. 2016
Received the jacket in late January 2017 BUT THE JACKET IS ACTUALLY A BOYS SIZE FOR A 10 YEAR OLD IT IS TINY TINY ALTHOUGH IT IS MARKED 2XXL.
CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES BEFORE THE ANSWERED.
THEY WHANT ME TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM WITH ME PAYING xSHIPPING COST AND THE WILL THAN SHIP A REPLACEMENT AND I WOULD ALSO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING THIS WHOLE PROCESS WOULD TAKE TILL SPRING WHEN I DO NOT NEED THE JACKET ANYMORE.
ALSO WHO IS TO SAY THAT THE REPLACEMENT WOULD BE A REAL MENS SIZE 2XXL
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY HAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS. STAY AWAY!!!!!
