I bought a mattress from The Sleep Better Store. The mattress was awfully uncomfortable, so I wanted an exchange. The store has 120-day satisfaction guarantee, so there was supposed to be no problem. I drove to the store and paid $69 exchange fee. One month later The Sleep Better Store still haven't delivered my new mattress. All I want now is to get rid of the uncomfortable mattress, but there is no response from the store.

My Angel Bed, purchased at the Sleep Better Store 2606 S. Shepherd Drive, Houston, Texas, USA 713-942-0700 or 713-524-0008 in September 2010. It has a 20 year warranty. the "temperpedic" type mattress has caved in the middle is uncomfortable to sleep in and the only firm thing about it is the edges. I have repeatedly called the store and it just goes to voice mail. The answering service picked up at noon once and took a message...no response. I found the number for Angel Beds and tried there and the phone rings and hangs up. BBB says out of business.
