Take your money and run, no contact details
Same here. They've got my money and now don't want to know. No phone number, e-mails are ignored. Frustratingly they've got a load of GOOD reviews on TrustPilot which they publicise; somehow they've managed to block negative reviews there. I'm in touch with TrustPilot about this so hopefully something can be done.

They have my money and haven't delivered
I have also had bad experience with this company. Trust pilot have lifted their filters for these people so I would encourage all reviewers here to also feedback on

This can be done without a validation code and is important because the trustpilot reviews are fed directly to google search and adwords. LET THE COUNTRY KNOW FOLKS.
