I hate this because I'm not rich at all and all I wanted was to get items for my family and decided to give them the 19.95... I total scam... I'm going call this number tonight... They just like the government all crooks

Please call Customer Service at 1-800-251-6144. It took me a good 45 minutes to finally find a phone number for this scam. They charged my account $19.95, totally unauthorized right at Christmas, when everyone is counting their pennies. What a bunch of B.S!!!

Just got my card today. I went on the web to start shopping and the only thing that popped up was all this complaints and no website so I decided to cancel my acc this idiots were offering me $2000 credit if I didn't cancel. After I told them no they said they can only refund $26 so I still got riped off $3.
