Rip off
In July, I purchased a refrigerator from sears outlet store. I did not have the cash at the time so the clerk told me about the why not lease it program. It would give me 5 months of payments. I called to check on the last payment and was informed by why not lease it that the final payment would be tomorrow and I could continue to lease or buy it out for $489. I was never told about this "buy out". I spoke with why not lease, called sears corp. (Which just referred me back to lease it) called the outlet store spoke with the sales manager. She asked if the clerk showed me the leasing agreement on the computer to see exactly what was involved. I told her no.
Well, it turns out that if I wish to end the lease then I do have to pay $489 more bringing my $550 refridgerator to over $1000. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. And by the way I already have to have it serviced after only 3 months. (But, did buy the warranty, so the work done will be covered)
SO BUYER BEWARE, NEVER USE THE WHY NOY LEASE IT COMPANY!!!!!

Tempo/DON'T DO IT !!!/RIPOFF
Don't do it, they WILL RIP YOU OFF !!! have had numerous, situations with them, including breach of contract, where take payments, were taken NOT on date that is stated in the contract. Think if enough people, filed complaints, or possibly enough people got together, all showing, tempo has breached contracts numerous times, some attorney might be willing to file a " class action" against them. Heck, they just took money from my bank account, yet my contact, was done long ago !!! Think I'm going to file, small claims, against them. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH TEMPO OR WHY NOT LEASE IT AT ALL !!!! VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !!! DONT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
