"Tate & Kirlin Owners Harold Harry Dick Tate and Henry Hank Kirlin are 2 low life bill collectors- nether is a lawyer or has any degree of any kind. Both started out as collectors for Joesph Neary on Frankford Ave in Philadelphia then Worked for Academy Collections - Keith Dickstein /and his step-father Sid Miller. I worked with all these people at one point or another- scumbags everyone of them. Read the FDCPA - know your rights- you DO NOT have to deal with these people"
or honest assessment ? I think the latter (that means the second answer...).

1st of all loser who likes to call people dead beats because they haven't paid a bill, you probably only make about $6 and hour and still live at home with mommy and daddy because I was a debt collector at one point and know you don't make squat. Secondly asshole, some of us had perfect credit (perfect enough to buy a $40, 000 vehicle brand new off the lot and could get any loan or credit card I wanted) until a separation that prevented me from taking care of a bill because of being too ill to work, but I don't beleive that makes me a dead beat. I just hit a rough patch in life and there wasn't a damn thing I could do. So considering that this opinion came from a little peon that probably hasn't experienced real life, I couldn't care less what the hell you say but feel I like I needed to speak out for those in similiar situations. Thirdly, the fact that I was a debt collector at one point also means I know about THE FAIR DEBT PRACTICE ACT. So maybe you ought to tell your reputable company that they really shouldn't try to collect more than is actually owed, because guess what, that is illegal and they will be sued. When a person pays there bill faithfully until it gets down to about $400-$500 and the company decides to write it off and their attorney that you've been making the payments to for the last couple yrs starts sending your checks back, then I stopped paying because it was written off. Then apparently this company bought the written off acct and thinks somehow that they can say I owe more than the actual debt was for, nevermind the couple thousand I already paid which brought it down to about $500. Why don't ya also tell these jackasses that some people keep records of everything that was paid including the dates and check #'s. So it looks like I get to have a lttle fun and they'll be paying for me to go on vacation this summer. Give them a big high five for me. Oh, and you're not as smart as you try to sound. You're a debt collector, not a DR. Now I'm gonna go because it's probably past your bedtime.
