Why is tata indicom not in Guwahati
Dear / Sir/ Madam Till date my compained is not get solve. Every time I go to your Noonmati, Guwahati outlet he have the answer that it will come within 2-3 day and this reply is since August when I return that USB modem & mobile. From your side only mail had come that "We trust your complaint, docket no: 391626, has been addressed to your complete satisfaction." and the complained is resolved but I am not getting my doccuments & money. This time expecting that you will positively look into the matter and get sove my complained. My mail ID is - [email protected]

Poor costumer service
TATA TELESERVICES IS AMONGST THE WORST TELECOM OPERATORS IN INDIA. THEIR CUSTOEMR SERVICE - RATHER DISSERVICE - IS THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY, SOMETIMES WOSRSE THAN BSNL/MTNL!
EMPLOYEES ARE ALMOST NOT BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMERS EVEN IF THEY KNOW THEM! MANY EMPLOYEES ARE ARROGANT/INDIFFERENT.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVCE NOS. ARE MORE ADVERTISEMENT BROADCASTING & BLABBERINGS RATHER THAN ATTENDING ON CUSTOMERS' PROBLEMS. THEY DROOL, DRENCH, DRIVE, DRAIN, DISGUST ON "ESCALATION" PARANOIA & YET MOST COMPLAINTS ARE NEVER RESOLVED EVEN AT THE "HIGHEST" LEVELS!!!
TATA GROUP'S MANY COMPANIES ARE LIKE THAT, THEY ARE SHODY! THEY TRY TO CAPITALIZE ON TATA NAME, WHICH IT WAS ONCE UPON A TIME. TODAY'S TATA GROUP IS NO BETTER THAN RUN-OF THE-MILL MILLIONS OF INDIAN COMPANIES
