late delivery, no refund

I purchased flowers from this florists and I wanted them for my birthday party for the decoration. This florist failed the delivery and flowers were late for one day. I asked them for at least partial refund but they didn't accept their mistake and gave me just 15% discount on my next purchase. Well, thanks, I will never buy from them again!

charged but no item received

not so sweet!

I have not received my order! It’s been three weeks and I can’t get a hold of the seller to answer me what is going on!

Sweet Paulas Pods is a complete ripoff. Do not order from them. They will take your money and you will get nothing in return.

I ordered from them in May 2013... after no response from them I started sending emails to find out why they charged my account and never sent me the product. After a few weeks and many many emails I still had not received a reply from them or my order.

I created a new email address and emailed them as though I was a new customer.... within 12 hours I received an email response from Paula.... offering to sell me her products if I would either wire her money or send her a money order! The nerve!!! Looks like she was willing to steal from a new customer.

Finally, I went to my bank and took copies of all the unanswered emails I had sent her as well as the email pretending to be a new customer and her quick response to it and made a fraud claim. I of course cancelled the card I had originally used to place the order to prevent them from stealing more money from me.

I hope enough people who have been ripped off by them will make a fraud claim and perhaps when the dollars total up it will be enough for the fraud division to go for felony charges.

Very poor quality

I ordered some dried flowers from this website. The description stated that each flower (there were 50 of them) would be two to four inches in diameter. When the order arrived the flowers were crammed into a plastic bag and the size was half of what was promised. Each flower was one inch to maybe two inches. To add insult to injury many of the flowers were damaged and the stems were all different lengths, some only one and a half inches long. I needed this to fill an order for a wedding! What a waste. I'm disgusted. I will never use this company again!

ordered 50 medium pods and kratom pills...pods came but kratom was missing and i was charged. Sent two emails and no reply or refund. Scam. Terrible business.

they got me too

My order never arrived. Ironically, I only ordered from her because it would be faster. The pods I bought from the UK several days later are here now. I did receive an e-mail 9 days ago. She said there were problems with a distributer and my order would be sent Monday. It's now Saturday. There has been no response to my inquiries. It looks like I'm out a couple hundred bucks. Does anyone out there know how to deal with a crazy situation like this? Will fraud insurance on my visa cover this? I hate being screwed over. Let's not stand for it. If we wanted to give money away, we would find a more worthy recipient. What can be done about this 'business'? I wish I'd read your complaints sooner. Surely, this isn't legal?

Report the fraud to your CC co

Morgan19, Report it to your CC company and have them recoup your money! You made an online purchase of crafting supplies and probably paid for express ship. They'll want a general idea of what it is, that you made the purchase thru an online vendor.....Document each time you tried to contact the company etc.....

Total scam artist

Placed my order with next day shipping promised. 6 emails later she refused to reply, ship or refund my money. Serious scammer.

She will say that her cc company is having problems and that she needs a direct paypal payment. I found out the hard way that you can't dispute direct payments...after I paid I never heard another thing from her. Can someone find out who she is and where she lives?

Order never received and emails never returned

I too placed an order from "Sweet Paula" with a 2-4 day shipping window. It's been2 weeks now and 3 emails with no response. Only if I'd seen this report sooner. Do Not Waste your time or your money..

Anyone want to file a class action lawsuit? I only list $50 but there are enough reports here.
