Fake offer of Sure Solutions

Hi, i purchased this deal too. They actually asked me to add this and that so that it's more effective. They are very smart in psycho-ing ppl. So have to be very firm with them. In the end i paid around extra $500 plus and i'm not even very clear of what kind of treatment. I just wanna finish up all treatments and don't visit that place anymore. They will just keep asking you to sign this and that. The consultants there are also very materialistic. Once you reject, the face changes. Bad customer service.

Fake offer of Sure Solutions

Hi! Oh my gosh! There are so many people have been tricked by this SURE SOLUTION!
Sad part is I am also been con by them just now. 1 MARCH 2012 TIME: 6pm

I bought $48 for 3 sessions of back scrub groupons. They told me it is a massage session and not a back scrub sessions. They offered me to upgrade per session $120 for scrub treatment. I rejected this upgrade but because Dorca (claimed to be skin specialist) asked her beautician - Wendy to apply xxx lotion on my back while she is explaining to me on the upgrading package.
If i want to stop the treatment, I need to pay $68 + GST. She said I MUST PAY for the xxx lotion even if i don't want to upgrade. Now I am forced to pay for something that i don't want. It is daylight robbery! It is putting something into my bag and insist i need to pay or otherwise saying that i stole the thing. I have not even agreed on the treatment yet!

They gave me "staff discount" $20 off. Asking me to pay $100 + GST $7. (MUST BE PAID BY CASH OR NETS!) Credit Card are not allowed! Can anyone help me with this scam!? Where can I file a complain and get refund?

I told them that I went to NUH Specialist - Plastic Surgeon to view my skin problem. This groupon deals is to try out since its "GREAT DEAL" and "CHEAP". But they claimed that they are better than doctors. Dorca (Sure Solution Skin Specialist) said that, IF doctors are GOOD in solving skin problems, why so many people looking for them (SURE SOLUTION)?

I have anotherr 2 sessions (groupons) - I will not visit them again. It is scam! I don't know what xxx things they will put on my back and what i worried is put another xxx lotion and said its $1000! And I need to pay! Anyone can help us to on this!

STOP THIS SCAM! More people getting hurts by this fake deals!

Fake offer of Sure Solutions

i bought the 3 sessions back treatment from Groupon as well. When i was there, the consultant keep asking me to add this and that. She said tat the groupon that i had bought does not consist alot of thing. I thought i bought a "back cleaning with water + mask" treatment which originally cost $480 (original price as stated in groupon). Faint!! Sure Solutions fake offer in Groupon!!

Fake offer of Sure Solutions

Many of Sure Solution's staff are extremely unprofessional. There was once I was waiting for my friend to complete her treatment, so I was sitting at the waiting area. And I keep hearing the staff bitching and badmouthing about customers behind the counter. In full ear shot of waiting customers.
What I signed up for was a VPL package which was listed on Groupon.com. The deal stated "Unlimited VPL sessions + whitening elixir + $200 voucher". When I went for my first appointment I was told that the sessions are limited to 18 only. So why put unlimited then? And the whitening elixir was only available at the first treatment. If you want the mask at subsequent treatments you have to pay more.
There is also a particular long hair and tall woman (a consultant, I'm not sure what is her name) who keeps trying to hard sell their products. She loves to come into the room numerous times in the middle of a session when you are in some awkward position (arms up in the air etc). Does not respect customer's privacy. She is also not tactful in telling customer about lack of quality in skin and she will once again ask you whether you want to spend more to treat this and that. If you refuse she will say that she is offering you a SPECIAL price that is usually not offered to other customers.Only when you refuse like four times then she will stop and her face will change.
I think that out of all the beauticians there, only about three are good at their service and visible effects can be seen after they do the treatment for me and my friend. The other beauticians seem to either just rush through the treatment and is not meticulous at all..
On the other hand, I like to praise the one of the consultants there named Angeline who is always very friendly to us even though the package we signed up for was not those expensive packages. When we were doing our consultation on the first session, she does not try to hard sell, but just recommend what fits our budget, does not force or psycho us to take expensive packages at all. Very polite and have excellent customer service.

However, I do not recommend anyone to be taken in by their 'cheap deals' as they will find some way to make you spend additional sum and my appointments always mysteriously 'disappears' from their appointment book, so everytime I arrive for my appointment I have to wait about forty minutes.

Lousy service for Sure Solution

I redeem my groupon $88 for 14 times vpl treatment. I reject all offer and state i only wan to complete this groupon deal, if i satisfy with the service i would consider for further treatment. The PRC beautician seem she fail to psyco me and she start to do the vpl for me the first time, she suddenly told that there will be strong light i have to close ur eyes, then THROW a towel to my face to cover my eyes. This make me even impossible to extend any service in this place.(actually i feel they quite stupid to do that how can she able to cheat the customer if she behave like tat, atleast she shall pretend be kind n gd and for sure she can bitching me at the back i dont k)

It is just 2-3 minutes vpl treatment done, upon finish she using the TOILET PAPER to wipe over the cooling cream. I actually shocking and think at least the wet towel shall be used but not the toilet paper.

Anyway they not able to get me sign on any package. I had went for 4 treatment so far, first 2 treatment (young beautician) they are rude, use toilet paper. but last 2 times, is the auntie level beautician, they are better at least they using wet towel to wipe for me.

So far the vpl treatment have effect, slowing down and fining the underarm hair. I will finish my treatment here since i already paid. But for sure I will no sign any new package/deal with Sure Solution.

$48 for 3 Removal VPL Session

I went for the Groupon deal:

For $48, you get Three VPL Hair Removal Sessions (worth $2250).
For $78, you get Five VPL Hair Removal Sessions with Anti-Hair Growth Elixir, Ultra Light Anti-Hair Growth Therapy, Pearl Whitening Mask and a $200 Treatment Voucher (worth $7000).

I chose the $48 3 x VPL Hair Removal Sessions, and I went to the salon at Orchard Hotel.
Before I started on the treatment, there was a consultant who explained clearly to me that permanent hair removal cannot be completed in just 3 treatments, and usually it takes around 12 to 16 sessions to see the full results, before the hair roots are all fully 'dead'. I was not too sure, so I didn't sign up for the full package, which costs above $2K (but they have a special package discount cost). I told the consultant that I will see how the results are first before I decide. The consultant was good, she didn't push me, and she also explained that I need to come for treatment every 1 and a half months initially, and then subsequently 2 months. The beautician who did the VPL treatment on me was very gentle and she told me to cover my eyes and that she was going to cover my eyes to protect them from the bright light. Once I was 'blind-folded', she explained every step and procedure first before she applied anything on my underarm skin and told me to 'be prepared' as she was going to start the hair treatment. She even asked me if it's painful, and adjusted the level according to my tolerance. The cooling gel was very soothing after (this is my first time doing this sort of treatment, and I've heard horror stories of IPL/VPL being very painful but my experience was not painful at all).

So far, I have gone for 2 treatments, and I can see results. The hair naturally 'drops out when it regrows' and it 'comes out' slower and finer. I think I will definitely consider going back to Sure Solution for the full package, since it works for me, and the beautician is good.

Sure Solutions

My first experience at Sure Solution was terrible! Starting from the poor customer service to the VPL procedure. My appointment had been pre-fixed but when I arrived, the staff were very disorganized and I had to wait for 45 mins before my Brazilian VPL started. That was also after i have been led to a room that was already occupied and the staff had to sheepishly lead me back to the reception area to wait again. There was ALOT of hard-selling and the staff (Ms May) was EXTREMELY persistent in getting me to commit to a package. When I rejected, she counter offered something cheaper, and when I was disinterested she threw in more 'freebies' to lure me. What really bothered me was that they shaved me with a razor that clearly had been transferable. It wasn't the disposable type. When i asked the staff, she then went to look for a disposable one. So much fir hygiene and professional practice! During and after the treatment, the sales staff came into the treatment room to insist that I sign up, reluctant to leave the room to let me change into my clothes. It was a VERY unpleasant experience and thinking about going back to claim my balance number of treatment gives me the shivers. BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY!!! Choose at your own risk!

Sure Solution

I bought the 60-Min Fractional Laser Facial Treatment from Deal.com.sg. Went for the appointment on the 26 Oct 13. I should have a full facial treatment but instead only done half of my face. Ask me to try out the another laser treatment which can reduced the pores on my face for my two cheek, but have to pay $180 exclude GST. I give it a try and it ended up with redness around my cheek and I cant even see any sign of my pores shink even she took my before and after treatment. The consultant insisited that she can see the difference. I have to face the public with two red patches around my cheek while heading home with embrassment. The consultant is very good in talking but somehow leak out her unprofessionalism. She keep talking while I am having my facial and ask me to respond which is not right. How can I put on a mask and talk? After my facial, she let me sign a paper of aftermath treatment effect. I ask her whether I can have a copy and she say no. I need to have time to read and understand before I can signed it, but she keep on talking. Very distracting. She don't even advise me on how to take care of my skin after laser treatment. She give me one very tiny application for me to apply but she dont even tell me how should I use it. when I ask her, she just say for you to apply. I felt that I did not accept taking up the 3 more session which she proposed for me, therefore she give me attitude. Regret buying the facial treatment.

Bad Experience

I signed up for a VelaSculpt package with Sure Solutions at Orchard but was referred to One Marina Boulevard because the outlet at Orchard will be renovated. Everytime I arrive for my appointment I will always be asked to take a seat, while they scramble to look for a room. There is always a minimum waiting time of 20 -30 mins. After I'm being shown to my room, I'll still have to wait for another 5 - 10 mins before the beautician shows up. And they always fail to prepare a disposable underwear for me knowing the treatment I'm going for requires one. I'm at my 4th session now, and everytime the session gets shorter and shorter. The first session I had was 50mins, and my session yesterday was only 25mins. I asked them what is the actual duration per session and they'll always say "when the right temperature is achieved". So I requested to be shown the VelaSculpt brochure to better understand the procedure, but all they had was a 1 page write out in their folder which does not provide much infomation. She told me if I wanted to know more that I should search the web.
I dread going for my treatments which I already paid, because the whole place is like a market place with unprofessional staff and horrible management! The machines are all lined up in the hallway, the consultants and the beauticians flapping their flipflops and chatting loudly in their rest room, the wallpaper tearing off from the walls till the waterstain marks are revealed, cockroaches and flies in the room and no toilet paper and bin in the toilet. You cannot rate this as a beauty saloon, much less a spa. Thus, I feel that I have overpaid for poor service and horrendous experience. I can totally relate to all the complaints launched as I'm also a victim of such eg.hard selling and the bad attitude if you don't sign up. Given my experience, I will never refer this place to anyone but will strongly discourage if the person is thinking of trying any of their services.
With the abovesaid, how were they awarded 'Promising SME 500 2013'??? I think a thorough investigation needs to be carried out to access the worth of this company's existence!

Worthy of "Promising SME 500 2013" Award?

I signed up for a Teeth Whitening package with Sure Solutions One Marina Boulevard. Punctuality is everything. Everytime I arrive for my appointment, I will always be asked to take a seat and wait for a minimum of 20 -30 mins. What does the meaning of appointment we took earlier and it doesn't work at all?

The service is getting unprofessional when my last visit on 16 December 2013. My appointment is on 8pm and my waiting interval period is 1 hour! I had been ignored by the staff as they are busy for others customers. I approached counter for few times, the very lame excuse she gave me was: "Previous customer came late" which is not right. If the customer have an appointment at 7.30pm and she was late and come by 8pm, why not she will take turn after the punctual customer? The terrible thing is, I have been sitting there for 1 hour, they don't even serve a small cup of water until I ask from them.

That day I brought a new friend with me, which might be their potential new customer. I would like to transfer my package under my friend. Immediately, a ridiculous girl was trying to persuade her to sign up a package before she even try the session and waiting together with me for 1 hour!

My question is, how were they awarded 'Promising SME 500 2013'? Are they doing a great job as what they had promised: Guaranteed Satisfaction? Anyway, I filled in the complaint form so called "Occurrence Report for Refund (For Customer)", hopefully they will get back to me as within 1 week ( I was told they will get back to me in a week).

Any of you experience the same? Feel free to share more and let's work on the SEO, get the clicking rate higher to avoid next victim.

damn lousy serivce after you sign package

I sign up for laser hair removal and laser resurfacing service but the but they short change me and only gv me VPL and mirco resurfacing service. not only that the facial hair grow more obvious after the treatment. the service was lousy and i make a complain to the management but end up they promise to let me do the treatment again but they deleted my other treatments without my permission. SUPER CHEATER COMPANY! NEVER BELIEVE THEM AND SIGN ANY PACKAGE OR YOU WILL NOT ONLY WASTE YOUR MONEY BUT GET A WORSE FACE. THEY PURPOSELY EXTRACT UNTIL YOUR SKIN UNEVEN. BEFORE I GO MY COMPLEXION WAS OK BUT NOT IS WORST!!!

The service rendered was lousy and very pushy

The sales person is super pushy and continue to pester me to upgrade my package. They have 3 sales people in the room and refused to let me go out of the room! Not until I agree to paid almost $4550 for the package and this company has cheated me so much money with lousy service and ineffective treatment! I hope no one will ever go to their shop again and they have change their name to Sure Aesthetics.

POOR SERVICE

I went to their One Marina Boulevard branch and apparently they have the same super hard selling technique. This is matched with a very POOR customer service. They will not let you rest during treatment as they will be standing by your side selling packages. If you don't get any top up or package, make sure that it is your last session because you will regret your next session. Such a shame that they got high end locations to provide LOW END service. Read the facebook reviews with 1 star and im not surprised. Too bad that I did not read the reviews before going there.

Terible and Disgusted !

Sure Solution now operate as Asthetic Wellness. Instead of enjoying my facial treatment, I had a "boiling" session today. They would hold you back for hours and continue hard selling. Third time there and already bought two packages. Hedy, a Malaysian beautician don't take "NO" for an answer, she get in and out of the treatment room and harassed me. I was adamant and rejected her. Getting impatient, I was prepared to walk out when she returned to "work" on my face. She didn't complete the treatment on my face. All in about 4 attendants served me. From 1pm till about 4pm not doing facial treatment but was just waiting and waiting. Is terrible and disgusting to be there. The facial treatment was completed with a paper mask.. Before leaving, I asked for the boss or manager in charge but nobody own up. JUST WANT SHARE WITH ALL, DON'T BE ROB! Wish there is an authority to take control of such business ethics.

SUPER HARD SELLING

I have been with Sure solution for many years now and no doubt i am always very irritated with their hard selling on facial packages where they dont accept NO for an answer. They will keep pushing you all the way. And if they fail, they will get some1 else to cycho u into renewing your package... I have already spend dunno how many thousands of dollar on the package. And even when i still have a remaining of about 3 left, they will cycho to renew. The last package i renew, i only paid them $100 deposit because i say i got no money. Then the next time round when i go for my next facial appt, they ask me to pay full, which i also have no money and told them i can only pay $150 because this package was forced by your colleague. I really didnt want to renew anymore with them. But they keep talking to me until i also super sien. And the facial will be stretch to 4hrs just because they r trying to make you top up $$$$... And then, that is not all, sometimes they will keep calling you for appointment. Even when u already make appt with them, they will call you many times in a day to 'fix an appt for nxt facial'.. WTF? I ever received 5 calls frm them to fix my next appt when i have already fix them.. Gggrrrr... Really no system la! Sometimes when i tink back on how they manage to conned me, i really get angry at myself for giving in to them and renewing the package. Its really non stop hit! When there is new facial service, they will ask to try by deducting 1 session frm our current package. Then when we are done with it, they will begin to cycho us to get the new facial service by topping up $$$$$.... And they always do it when my facial session is on going.. With my eyes still covered by the cotton pad... Not peaceful at all. Keep talking and talking with the act cute voice. Will ask why dun want, this is really good blablabla.. I always say i no money la.. U want u pay for me la... Then say u got credit card right, use credit card la. KNN! Tink my life no other things to pay issit! Now i still have remaining balance and i really dont know if i want to continue or not. Coz thinking abt this just makes my blood boil!

BEWARE OF SURE SOLUTION

This is a horrible company !
They hard sell you and force you to buy!
They will tell you they free you to try then later they will tell you how much is the package. It’s a trap! All counsultant , specialist and beautician is the same!
Recently I was invite down to have a complimentary facial, but I was ask to Top up and yes I go for it. Then later they will say I need what and what they will keep do and sell you.
While I’m putting on my mask they tried to sell me , for an hour !
I told them I was in the rush help me to remove my mask but they keep telling me it’s not done yet!
After they remove the mask for me I was bring to a consultation room , they close the door and force me to buy!
This will only make customer feel stressful and just to let you all know there is this planner outside the room telling those beautician how to sell customer!
I heard them talking and planning how to sell it to me , and I was introducing to treatment for uneven skin tone...
they show me the result and after that I realise they use foundation to cover it so the whole face looks radiance and even out the skin tone! It’s such a fake company!
If I’m not wrong the planner is ivy I heard everyone looking for ivy and my beautician is anatasha.
Too hard sell already !

DIE DIE YOU MUST BUY

I understand Marketing coz this is also my line, but what this Sure Solutions or Sure Aesthetics (whatever entity name they use, one in Malacca Street and Orchard Claymore) they will force you to buy. They will offer you the highest package first then to convince you, they would offer a lower package and if you still decline the offer, they will still offer you much lower price and pretend that they will use one of their employees voucher to give you better discount...if you still turn down the offer, they will encourage you to pay in installment using your credit card...and all that crap!

ALL the people inside the shop, they will make it sure that they will slash your wallet before you step out from their shop.

So beware of the friendly faces they are showing during the treatment because there's an ultimate objective behind that friendly smile and talk - you will be forced to buy their products.

For those who are already existing customer just like me, don't fall for the trap topping up or exchange product from this to that and pay less...these are all bad marketing strategies...a desperate one.

I would never come back to this shop ever ever again after the package is finished.
