HORRIBLE ethics, non-existent customer service
Greetings,
I am VERY SATISFIED with my dealings with the entire Sun Electronics of Miami organization. On my many contacts with them, both BEFORE and AFTER the sale, the sales team were courteous, helpful in guiding me through the many options of equipment available/needed to put things together, and further, thanked ME for my business.
The 14 panels and related equipment were custom crated with careful attention to protecting the goods, shipped fast via freight truck, with a phonecall from my sales rep to let me know they had shipped. The freight company was aware of the fragile/high value contents they carried to me, and called ahead to make sure i was there to receive and inspect the goods.
Sun Electronics offers a price point that is unbeatable anywhere! and to that end, i have no problem saving them 5%+ by not making them swipe my credit card.. With the prices offered, i would expect them to be busy, i was never impatient or shitty, and neither were they!!! I trust they have been doing business and shipping high value/fragile goods since ive been in diapers, and that said, i know they know the best way to get me the goods without incident. I have no problem with this organization, and have 200% confidence in dealing with them.

Think of how pleased he will be that you posted this compliment on a complaints board where it will be seen as a complaint against his company when googled.

I haven't ordered solar products from them, but I did get a generator from them and had no problems. Also visited their office and warehouse when I went out of Ft Lauderdale on cruise, to check them out before I ordered something.

I've bought panels from Sunelec 3 times over the past 5 years and about the only problem I ever had was a language barrier when I placed my first order. ALL orders were shipped in factory boxes with edge protection and required some work to open. The product ALWAYS was shipped in a timely manner and shipping cost was reasonable for the size and weight of shipment.
No company I know of has a perfect track record when it comes to customer service, but as for Sunelec I have never had an issue with them.
