Incorrect installation!

I wish I'd had Summit Heating and Air install my systems. I went through many HVAC companies, and Summit is the ONLY contractor that has ever been able to fix, repair and maintain my two systems that other contractors kept messing up (and charging me a fortune for nothing.) He shows up ASAP for an emergency. For routine stuff he has so much business that I just allow him to do it when he can fit me in. His costs are more than reasonable. I now have my house rented and was just Googling to make sure I had his correct number, and saw this, so I had to respond.
