Powdery mold on my clones
Powdery mold and weak clones at a premium is what they provide
I ordered 4 plants and was promised they would send 3 strains. I paid over 50 clone. upon arrival one was clearly weak and died a day later. The other three had powdery mold show up a couple days after that. When I asked for help they gave me a voucher for the dead one. They also promised to refund half of my purchase order back because the other three plants were useless with powdery mold.
They then denied it was them sent me a fraction of half back and blocked my number. If anyone is curious I have a Photo log from the day I got them to the day they blocked me.
They claim to have 1000's of clients and no problems. I ordered 4 plants and all 4 were useless.
customer service was angry about me asking questions.
I have vetted growers in my state, professionals, who have seen the plants and can give a call if anyone thinks this story is fake.
high prices horrible service even worse clones.

After I posted this original review Strainbank usa took the time to comment on my first review and slander my name trying to discredit my review. My accurate review.
Thee same customer service that blamed me for all of the issues I was having. The same customer service that got angry about me inquiring as to why powdery mold plants were sent to me.
Once angry they told me they were cancelling my voucher for replacement, which was given to replace the weak clone they gave me that died.
Yes they then blocked my number.
and now they chase me around trying to slander my name and reviews.
Ask yourself, is this who i want to do business with. Cmon man.
